The Proposal of Marketing Strategy for Individual Entry Into the Business of Language Education

The master’s thesis is concerned with the proposal of marketing strategy of individual entry into the business of language education in Brno. The thesis contains primary and secondary research of the market. The secondary research is focused on competition and informal education of adults. The primary one inquires into consumer, the needed data were obtained through online questionnaire survey. Consequently, the marketing strategy is defined with emphasis on marketing mix.

The aim of the thesis is to undertake primary and secondary market research for a well established company selling musical instruments. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explaining the problems of marketing research and business environment of the enterprise. The practical part of the thesis is engaged in the implementation of primary research focused on the analysis of customer´s satisfaction. In addition to primary research, practical part deals with the secondary research, which focuses on the comparison of services offered by analyzed company and its competitors.
The Proposal for the Business Model Development for a Retailer Operating on the Local market

The master thesis is focused on the development of the business model of a retail unit operating in the cycling industry. The theoretical part deals with retail. strategic development, business model including analytical and research methods. The analytical part contains the identification of critical factors within the assessment of the current situation of the company in the context of the internal and external environment on the local market and the evaluation of the results of primary and secondary research. Based on the evaluation of the results of the analytical part, an extended business model will be developed following the goal of covering costs and bridging the seasonality of the cycling industry, including the calculation of design costs, financing and benefits arising from the development of the business model.

Digest Compilation of Marketing of Culture

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the issues of creation and writing of researches as the secondary research with focus on particular areas of cultural marketing. The purpose is to find out if the databases offered by the University of Economics are suitable for information searching regarding marketing of culture. The merit should be also a brief list of abstracts including bibliographic references to some information sources of every area of culture. The theoretical part describes the marketing in general and marketing of culture in more details. It analyses the meaning of the term "compilation" and describes the electronic information databases available on the University of Economics. The practical part contains the actual searching for information sources about the particular areas of marketing of culture in ProQuest Central database and the list of information sources. The conclusions of the thesis come from my own survey of the database and from working with information sources. The results could be useful for secondary marketing research in the area of culture.
Analysis of internet environment from potencial customer of Prague cafe view

This Bachelor's thesis purpose is to research, which possibilities can acquire user of internet as a potencionally customer of cafe in Prague. Analysis is done by secondary research, when we establish evaluated criteria, by which we rate single cafe, which can be found by user in browser on top places. Then it evaluates results and made a resumé on users options.
