This bachelor´s thesis solves a design, structural design and subsequent vehicle body manufacture of experimental mobile robot Car4. The aim is proposition of uncommon and timeless vehicle body provided that all technical and technological requirements are complied. Emphasise is placed on unconventional appearance, functionality, resistence and manufacturability.
Information system for assessment of safety systems according to ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011

This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of an information system intended for simplifying work with machine safety systems. It addresses design of the data model, server and client parts of the app and user interface with focus on customizability. The design of the system is based on the norms EN ISO 13849-1 and IEC/EN 62061.
Assessing the Occupational Safety and Health Risk in the Power Industry

The master thesis deals with security in the energy sector. As it is historically clear that the vast majority of accidents, incidents, injuries and other negative occasions were caused by the human factor. Therefore, the first goal of this work was to find a solution for the purpose of reducing the possibility of arising these problems. Therefore, attention was focused on the investigation and subsequent determination of a working safe climate within the researched company, which aims to prevent the emergence of serious situations, as this method is based on behavioural theories that take into account the study of human factors. The second partial goal of this diploma thesis was to determine the degree of security required for the production area of the company so that the basic safety requirements are met, and last but not least, the model situation of securing the production power unit is shown too.
Safety Systems for Robotic Work Cells

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of ensuring the safety of robotic work cells. This thesis contains a theoretical introduction to the topic of industrial robots. Further on the thesis is focused on summarizing the current legislation and safety systems related to the robotic work cells. The last part deals with the exemplary task of ensuring the safety of a particular work cell with integrated ABB robot.
Nuclear Power Plants Design and Safety: A Case Study of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant

Bakalářská práce je případovou studií jaderné elektrárny Temelín. Jejím cílem je popsat projekt, princip provozu a bezpečnostní opatření jaderné elektrárny Temelín, porovnat projekty a bezpečnostní opatření vybraných jaderných elektráren v České republice i mimo ni a diskutovat výhody a nevýhody jaderné elektrárny Temelín ve srovnání s ostatními vybranými jadernými elektrárnami. Práce je založena na rešerši literatury z různých zdrojů, aby byla zajištěna její maximální validita. Zdroje zahrnovaly odborné knihy, články, brožury, online přednášky, virtuální prohlídky a interní výukové materiály. Lze konstatovat, že jaderná elektrárna Temelín je Státním úřadem pro jadernou bezpečnost a jejími provozovateli udržována na vysoké bezpečnostní úrovni. Přestože má projekt mnoho výhod, existují i určité nevýhody, které však nemají na bezpečnost této jaderné elektrárny zásadní vliv.
