Furthermore, the analysis of the company, its internal and external environment, the analysis of the information system used and in the last part of the proposal changes for improving, streamlining and simplifying the work with the information system.

The conclusion involves a comprehensive choice of one most suitable option which is completed from a wide range of possibilities in separate chapters.

The thesis is concluded by a proposal of changes for the insufficiencies pointed out in the analysis, improving the functionality of the company’s information system.

The last part is a result from the findings proposed solutions and changes that resulted from the analyzes .

The content of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current state of the LEM development team in SolarWinds Czech, Ltd., which will lead to changes proposal for increasing the efficiency of development and improvement of the current situation. The main objective of the thesis is to increase integration between software used in LEM development team and selection of the new software for collaborative version control. In the practical part are used facts from the analytical part to upgrade the document management software, finding a suitable tool for team communication and implementation of new versioning system and subsequent mutual integration with the software for project management, bug and issue tracking.

The aim of the master ´s thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a small company focused on offering tapas in Brno. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts, analysis and detailed description of individual parts of a business plan. In the practical part of the thesis, there is created the business plan for the establishment of tapas bar. There is described internal and external environment and a financial plan to ensure successful business activity.
