The main objective of the project is to provide a nice and comfortable living in family houses in the hillside. Family houses are staggered vertically and horizontally. Structures therefore have their diversity and dynamism. Family houses also have a terrace facing the garden.
Comparison of communication network simulators

This work deals with comparation of simulator communication networks. Work is subdivided to several parts. Introductory part constists of a short description singular network simulators. In next part is realized its testing and comparation from several criterion. In the last part the lab task is created and its creation in Packet Tracer is described.

62 Decision - making of judges of constitutional courts in the Czech and Slovak Republic in the context of non - legal aspects ABSTRACT The diploma thesis approaches the relevant non-legal influences on the decision-making of constitutional court judges in the Czech and Slovak Republics based on the existing literature, important decisions of the constitutional courts of the Slovak and Czech Republics and on the basis of empirical research available. Furthermore, the work deals with how the non-legal influences on the decision-making of judges of the constitutional court are taken into account by individual actors in the process of selecting judges of the constitutional courts. Another key point of the work is to find out whether in these countries it is ensured that the constitutional courts have a representative constitutional court, which could lead not only to better decision-making but also to increased credibility in the judiciary. Parents' Attitude to Civil Society and to the Concept of Inclusive Education

This paper is focused on seeking relation between two main concepts, the concept of civil society and the concept of inclusive education. This text is looking for their connection based on values and approaches. Active civil society is central to the evolution of participatory and transparent systems of government, which are as much as system of education essential for economic development. Education is fundamental to building necessary preconditions for social cohesiveness even across multi-cultural diversity. Inclusion doesn't mean just inclusive education, inclusion is main approach how we might change society by implementing concrete set of values into the system of education and into the system of society as a whole. The values have main influence on people's behavior. The main aim of this paper is to describe and to understand relationship and connectivity between approaches to inclusive education and between approaches to civil society. Answer to this question brings qualitative research and semi-structured interviews with parents of school children. Parents play main role in both, civil society and inclusive education. Diversity in composition of supervisory boards

in English Diversity in Composition of Supervisory Boards This paper focuses on analysing the current situation of composition of board of directors in Europe as well as in the United States with the emphasis on supervisory boards in the dualistic model and the non-executive members of boards in the monistic model. It is aimed on one hand at evaluating the business case for diversity as its proponents including the European Commission and several European governments present it, on the other at judging diversity from the critical point of view of its opponents. Lastly, this paper presents different approaches that may be taken to this topic, i.e. the measures that can be engaged in order to achieve higher diversity. In the beginning I shortly summarise the nature and function of the supervisory board under Czech law as well as the general status of supervisory board or the non-executive part of board of directors in both corporate governance systems. I then scrutinise the approaches to diversity in Europe and the USA and look at the different criteria of diversity considered. The centre of this work comprises of evaluating both the advantages and benefits of diversity on one hand and disadvantages and costs on the other.
