Robotic welding case of linear fluid motor
Střechovský, Jan ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Sigmund, Marian (advisor)
The work deals with the feasibility study of robotic welding of a linear actuator cover. The first part includes a literature review focusing on the specifications and impact of individual welding process components on the appearance and properties of the weld. Some basic calculations necessary for the proper progress of the experiment are also included. The experimental part of the work focuses on finding suitable welding parameters and subsequent evaluation of the welded samples in terms of resulting defects. The following section compares the efficiency of manual and robotic welding. The conclusion of the work summarizes the achieved results and the decision on the feasibility of robotic welding for the given joint.
Influence of digitization and robotization on the management of companies in gastronomy
ŠNICEROVÁ, Nela
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the impact of digitalization and robotization on the management of companies in the gastronomy industry. It focuses on explaining the different types of digitalization and robotization that are used in the gastronomy industry and thus bringing people closer to the technologies that businesses use. Employees can use machines in production to improve and speed up their work, but also not forgetting customers, who can take advantage of the technical aids that businesses offer, such as QR codes in restaurants or self-service boards. However, digitisation is not only about production and order taking, but also about the delivery method, where customers can use apps to have their food delivered to their door. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis describes how digitalization has been able to increase sales for the selected businesses and how people use the modern features they have access to.
Analysis of Selected Industry 4.0 Elements in the Field of Wood-Based Structures
Švajlenka, Jozef ; Pošiváková, Terézia
The concept of Industry 4.0 is currently being promoted in all branches of industry, and its elements affect both the implementation area and the production sphere of the construction industry. Buildings based on wood are no exception in this regard, and certain positive examples in this direction can be observed. Currently, it is possible to observe that elements of automation and robotization are used abroad at a different implementation level than in Slovakia, which is also proven by the responses to selected survey questions presented below. The benefits associated with the use of elements of automation and robotization, especially in the production sphere, are indisputable and therefore it is necessary to implement them ever more to increase the performance of the construction industry as such and achieve better competitiveness and sustainability. The aim of the article is to introduce the issue of automation and robotization through theoretical starting points and, on a practical level, to map the views of companies operating in the timber construction sector as regards what they envision under these terms in their corporate structures and processes.
Robotic Process Automation
Lebeda, Filip ; Kindlová, Dita (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the automation of selected company process using RPA technology.According to the appropriate parameters, two tools are selected for the process robotization. The selected process is robotized using UiPath and UltimateRPA. The results of this robotization are compared from different points of view.
Design of a robotic workplace
Jaša, Lukáš ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a robotic workplace. In the initial phase, the input requirements of the workplace are defined, according to which the final design must be processed. Furthermore, the text contains a recherche of the current state of robotization. The third chapter is generally composed of four variants of different workplace designs. In the first of these four variants, all components are described in detail, which are also included in the remaining three designs. This variation was chosen as the most suitable possible solution. The reasons why this workplace is considered to be the most ideal are also described in detail in the chapter. In general, the robotic workplace is designed for welding steel frames of power generators. All manipulation is ensured by a welding robot together with a positioner. The operation of the entire robotized complex is performed by only one operator. In the fourth chapter, in addition to the reasons for choosing the most suitable variant, all weld lengths on the frame are calculated together with the time of complete manipulation and welding time. It also shows the time for which the designed manipulator is able to make the final product in the form of a weldment. The time for which the frame was manufactured by hand welding is also given for interest. The given results show a clear increase in production productivity in the designed workplace.
The automatization of heat treatment production line
Nakládal, Lukáš ; Hajkr, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
Scope of this graduating work is a project of robotic automation of manual cambering and heat treatment line for processing of spring leaves. Main focus is on automation of manual work between heating furnace and cambering and quenching machine. The work contains complete design of robotic workplace, which satisfies condition given by Hanácké železárny a pérovny, a. s. and which is going to be put into the operation soon.
Video sequence for supporting audio signal processing classes
Pavlikovský, Vladislav ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor theses deals with making of instructional video for supporing audio signal processing classes. The theses is divided into three parts. The firs part is theoretical analysis of spatial effects, processing in time domain and processing in frequency domain. The second part is practical realization of effect panorama, moorers reberator, algorithm PSOLA and algorithm for robotization. The third part of theses is dealing with settings of Windows Media Encoder, which is suitable software for capturing video during a work on signal processing in Matlab and Simulink. The output of the thesis are two instructional videos, that should demostrate signal processing in Simulink.
Robotic Process Automation
Poštulka, David ; Moudrá, Libuše (referee) ; Novák, Lukáš (advisor)
The content of this bachelor's thesis is the robotization of a selected process using RPA technology. The selected RPA tool is the UiPath Studio, in which we perform the robotization of the selected process. Part of the thesis also contains the strategic analysis of the Samsung company, for which we perform the automation.

Robotic workstation for silicon filling of part of “Valve cartridge”
Černý, Jiří ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on robotized technological workstation (RTW) for production of “Valve cartridge” product. The production workstation, studied in the diploma thesis, is located at IMI Precision Engineering company and is focused on silicon filling. In the introduction a present workstation is evaluated and a present status of industrial robots and robotized workstation is analyzed. In main part of the thesis two solutions for robotic automation are designed, with respect of assigned parameters. The final solution is chosen by method of multicriteria decisional analysis. Project documentation is created for chosen variant including manipulation work cycle and block diagram of RTW control. The thesis includes calculation of capital return. At the final part of the thesis ergonomics and safety of workstation is analyzed; the risks of robotized technological workstation components are also evaluated. Technologists and quality engineer requirements are taken into account during working on the thesis.
