This bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of Mirai Intex, s.r.o. in the period 2018–2022. The work is structured into three main parts. In the theoretical section, various methods of financial analysis and related indicators are described in detail. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the company using the methodology presented in the theoretical part. The third part of the bachelor's thesis contains proposed solutions for improving the current situation in society, which should contribute to strengthening the financial health of the company.

The master’s thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of XZY s.r.o. using financial analysis and statistical methods. The theoretical part is divided into financial and statistical theory. In these parts, it presents the definition of selected financial ratios and statistical methods, which include time series regression and correlation analysis. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical part in which the financial situation of the selected company is evaluated along with the prediction of selected ratios. Furthermore, the selected ratios are subjected to correlation analysis where the interdependence between them is examined. The paper concludes with suggestions for improving the financial situation of the enterprise.

The work focuses on expanding the investment portfolio of hedge funds. It analyzes and evaluates American companies with connections to AI development. The theoretical section defines legal and analytical terms. In practice section, selection is made according to the fund's statute, and securities are assessed using analyses and methods. Stocks are verified using Altman's Z-score, and the results are utilized to propose portfolio expansion.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company VFS Trading s.r.o., based on the financial statements for the period 2018 and 2022 using the methods of financial analysis, which are discussed in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable benchmark firm in the same line of business. Based on this data, proposals are formulated to improve the current financial situation of the company, including the conditions and timetable for the implementation of the proposal.

Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company STRIX Chomutov, a. s. based on a strategic and financial analysis during the years 2017-2022. The first part presents the theoretical basis of economic analysis, which are further applied in the analytical part. The analyzed company and its three selected competing companies are presented in this thesis. The analytical part presents the resulting values of economic indicators and the overall evaluation of the economic situation of the analyzed company. The company´s data are compared with competing companies and the industry average of specialized construction activities. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals that could lead to the improvement of the economic situation of the company. The proposal represents an investment in a drilling center, a comparison of various forms of its financing and the advantageous option.

Based on the results of financial analysis and identified shortcomings, recommendations are formulated to improve the financial situation of the chosen enterprise.

Financial Analysis of Construction Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of a selected construction company and comparison of its financial indicators with the national averages in the construction industry in the Czech Republic. Due to the economic and political turbulence of recent years, including the COVID-19 pandemic and geopolitical conflicts, the construction industry is a sector that exhibits significant financial fluctuations. This paper identifies and analyses the key financial ratios that affect the stability and performance of construction enterprises and uses various financial analysis methods, such as ratio ratios and horizontal and vertical analysis, to assess the financial health of the selected enterprise. The results are then compared with sector averages to determine the enterprise's position in the market. The paper provides insight into the financial management capability of the group and contributes to a better understanding of the challenges facing the sector.
