Práce se soustředí na rozšíření investičního portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů. Analyzuje a hodnotí americké akciové společnosti s propojeností na rozvoj AI. Teoretická část definuje právní a analytické pojmy. V praktické části je proveden výběr podle statutu fondu a zhodnocení titulů pomocí analýz a metod. Akcie jsou ověřeny Altmanovým Z-skóre a výsledky jsou použity k navržení doplňku portfolia. The work focuses on expanding the investment portfolio of hedge funds. It analyzes and evaluates American companies with connections to AI development. The theoretical section defines legal and analytical terms. In practice section, selection is made according to the fund's statute, and securities are assessed using analyses and methods. Stocks are verified using Altman's Z-score, and the results are utilized to propose portfolio expansion.
