The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ASD-ML, s.r.o. in the time period of 2009 - 2012. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current financial situation of the company and suggest the necessary steps to improve the situation. The first part will focus on theoretical knowledge, which will explain the basic terms and methods of financial analysis. The second part contains information about the selected company. At the conclusion there is reviewed the company’s general financial situation and recommended the procedures for the improvement of company’s financial situation.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the selected company. The author of this thesis has a goal to evaluate both the external and internal business area of the company. Furthermore, the author deals with issues of the situation in the company for the period since its inception in the Czech Republic and with processes which are and were necessary in the beginning of adaptation to the Czech market. It’s also desired, that processes of the analysis are the realest possible concerning the company. The author of this thesis has an ambition to achieve maximum benefits for the real improvement of the situation.

The goal of the submitted thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement" is based on economic analysis, assessment of the performance of the selected enterprises Montáže inženýrských sítí spol. s r.o. and identify the weaknesses of the company and then propose solutions to eliminate them. The first part is defined to theoretical and methodological bases of economic analysis. In the second part are then selected methods applied to a specific company. In this work are used to evaluate the economic performance of enterprises methods of financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the calculations is the synthetic part of the work assessed and management measures designed to improve the financial situation of the company.

Organization of Lacrosse tournament

Title: Organisation of lacrosse tournament Objectives: The main objective is analysis of the previous editions of the tournament organised by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, and coming up with suggestions on how to improve it in the following years. Methods: Case Study is a method used for conducting the survey. Data is collected through documents analysis and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis are carried out. Results: Winter lax cup is a well organised event for it's size with a potential to grow and annual profit. His biggest virtue is the modern sport hall where the tournament takes place. However his weak factor is a big difference in qualities of participating teams. The biggest danger for the tournament organisation is taking over the hall by floorball teams. Návrh marketingové komunikace pro CLIP Luhačovice

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing communication for family business CLIP Luhačovice, which should lead to increase in general brand awareness of this company. For this purpose the thesis works with environment analysis using Porter's model of competitive forces, PESTE analysis and extended marketing mix. Marketing communication was suggested based on findings provided by these analyses and afterwards the financial difficulties were calculated.

Economic performance and inter-company comparison in the field of beer production

This diploma thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the economic performance of the beer production in the Czech Republic in years 2007 - 2011. The theoretical-methodological part summarizes methods of economic analysis and the system of the sector analyzes. The practical analytical part of the thesis defines at first the studied industries, introduces the most important representatives in the industry and applies the methods and processes explained in the theoretical-methodological part. The results of the internal and the external analysis of the industry serve to identify its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, whose relationships and weights assesses SWOT analysis. Recommendations for increasing of the potential economic performance of the production of beer in the Czech Republic are formulated based on the results of analyzes in the ending.
