Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace společnosti ASD-ML, s.r.o. v rozmezí let 2009 – 2012. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný stav společnosti a navrhnou potřebné kroky ke zlepšení tohoto stavu. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, kde budou vysvětleny základní pojmy a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje informace o vybraném podniku. Na závěr je provedeno celkové finanční zhodnocení firmy, na jehož základě jsou doporučeny postupy pro zlepšení finanční situace v podniku. The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ASD-ML, s.r.o. in the time period of 2009 - 2012. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current financial situation of the company and suggest the necessary steps to improve the situation. The first part will focus on theoretical knowledge, which will explain the basic terms and methods of financial analysis. The second part contains information about the selected company. At the conclusion there is reviewed the company’s general financial situation and recommended the procedures for the improvement of company’s financial situation.
