Operation specialization of perioperational nurse and her influence on the nurges regime.
ROUŠALOVÁ, Vladana
This bachelor{\crq}s thesis deals with the work load of perioperative nurses. It is performed in very specific conditions of operating rooms. The work of the nurses in operating rooms is indispensable. It is both mentally and physically tiring. They work under time pressure and at forced pace. Perioperative nurses have to be qualified theoretically, they have to know the instrumental technology, they must be manually skilled and, most of all, emotionally stable. All this reflects in the feelings and mental health of the nurses. The aim of this work was to study the lifestyle of perioperative nurses and find out whether they know the principles of healthy living and comply with them. We have further focused on the physical and mental strain of these nurse specialists. We were trying to learn whether perioperative nurses suffer from the burnout syndrome and how they relax. For the purposes of reaching the above goals, we have used a quantitative research in the form of questionnaires. We received the total of 142 questionnaires form perioperative nurses. The questionnaires have been processed in the form of descriptive statistics with the help of graphs and tables. The investigation shows that the nurses know the principles of healthy living but do not observe them. It confirmed the fact that perioperative nurses smoke and drink a lot of caffeine drinks. It was also revealed that nurses do not observe the drinking regime although they are aware of its importance for their health. In addition to their work, they have obligations towards their families. As such, they have very little time for themselves and they fail to rest and relax. The research shows that they do not observe the lunch breaks during their working hours. It is alarming that nurses working in operating rooms are often tired, do not sleep well and suffer from backaches and headaches. Their working environment is stressful. It is, however, good to hear that these nurses are interested to know what is new in their field of work and do not plan to change their jobs. The study shows that the profession of perioperative nurses affects the lifestyle of these specialist nurses.
INTERFERENCE POSSIBILITIES OF HABITAT OF CARIES IN CHILDHOOD IN BLANSKO
VAŠÍČKOVÁ, Pavlína
The tooth decay is the most widespread disease. The preschool and school age is important period for the tooth decay prevention. The nutrition of children is one of the most important part in interference occurrence of the tooth decay, dental care is also necessary by using chemical and mechanical agents. It is very important for choldren to know the caries prevention. There was found by this research that the nutrition of children do not correspond to the caries prevention, the good and quality nutrition is not given enough for them. The older group is in the worse position. Using the tooth paste and fluorine, the sufficient period of cleaning one's teeth, chewing gum etc. can be positive valued in the problem of the dental care related to the chemical and mechanical agents. But other results of this research in this area show that the dental care is not fully contitioned. The children are not informed enough about the caries prevention related to the nutrition. The parents' and stomatologist' concern in giving the children the information about the dentition is positive, but the role of school is very small and the pediatrists do not give any information. It is necessary to improve the active children attitude and increase the responsibility of the parents, teachers, headmasters, stomatologists, pediatrists and news media. The sense of my work consists in gaining the information about the nutrition of children, dental care and their knowing of the caries prevention.

The quality of nutrition during pupilage
MIKÁTOVÁ, Martina
Our nutrition significantly influences our healthy development, quality of our life and mainly our health condition in general. No one discredits today the fact that faults in our nutrition result in emergence and further development of illnesses. On the contrary there is enough evidence on a very positive effect of changes in nutrition on a single person, group of people or the whole generation. The objective of my diploma thesis was to find out the quality of food consumed by school-age pupils. I used quantitative research for my diploma work. Data aquisition was carried out in the form of question-forms in order to address as many respondents as possible. Questions {--}forms were alloted for pupils at primary schools. There were three hypotheses. Hypothesis 1: Czech pupils consume fuel food overly rich in sugars. This hypothesis was proved.. Hypothesis 2: Czech children consume less than 30g of fibre a day. The hypothesis was also proved. Hypothesis 3: In pupils´ ingestion of food there is more than 300 mg of cholesterol a day. This hypothesis was not proved at all. It is obvious from the results that Czech pupils do not consume recommended healthy food. The results of my diploma thesis could be used as a basis for improvement in eating habits of school-age children. Bad parental approach to healthy nutrition is one of the key factors that contribute to the growth of obesity and other serious deseases. Parents should be informed about bad and wrong eating habits of their children and at the same time they should be advised how to make a healthy and suitable daily menu for their children. Parents could be kept informed by various informative leaflets distributed at schools or there might be held special lectures aimed at this broad issue. Because we are one of the states where obesity is a big problem even for a younger population. I am sure that all these activities could be useful for gradual improvement in changes concerning bad unhealthy eating habits of pupils, their better health condition and even restricition of obesity.

Phosphorus play very important role in plant metabolism. It is active as energy transporter and important structural component. Phosphate is relatively unavailable to plant roots. Thus plants have evolved several strategies for obtaining P from the soil. They can modify root structure and function, excrete root exudates helping with solubilization of P compounds in root rhizosphere.
