In result of this thesis is knowlenge base in web aplication NPS able to diagnose diseases of hematology-oncology and that is proving possibility for use in real life. Knowledge base was created in cooperation with experts in the medical field and contains real data.

This thesis focuses on increasing the customer satisfaction of travel agency. Customer satisfaction is a key component for maintaining market position, company reputation and its growth. Client satisfaction is especially important in the area of services, including travel agencies. Based on a questionnaire survey among customers, using the NPS method and the KANO model, measures are designed for increasing it. Also the suggestions are obtained to improve company promotion with the use of customer survey.

The diploma thesis is focused on customer satisfaction analysis and proposals to increase its level for Provident Financial s.r.o., which has been offering purposeless cash and non-cash loans in the Czech Republic since 1997. The theoretical part describes the issue of marketing research. The practical part is an analysis of the results of a marketing survey conducted on future and existing customers of Provi-dent Financial s.r.o. On the basis of this information, measures are proposed to in-crease customer satisfaction and bring higher sales to the company.
User interface for an expert system

This bachelor's thesis is about design and implementation of an expert system user interface. Concerned system is a universal rule-based diagnostic expert system called NPS, which has been developed at FEEC BUT. The interface has been created as a bilingual web application based on modern technologies, which might bring the opportunity to reach variety of devices and a broad user audience. It also enhances the system with means of user authorization, history browsing, user management, knowledge management and more. The application runs on faculty's infrastructure and is undergoing active testing by both physical users and automated tests. Theoretical part of the document describes knowledge and expert system problematics, followed by properties of the NPS system and discussion about web technologies (actual trends in the field, client to server communication, testing strategies and security). Practical part then consists of created interface overview, system architecture description, implementation details, testing and steps used to deploy the application on faculty's network infrastructure.

Knowledge base is a set of appropriately coded knowledge from the areas of human activities, which can be expressed with some uncertainty. This created knowledge base is used for qualified selection of appropriate risk life insurance. Base is being create in cooperation with financially – advisory company and will be deployed in regular service where it will help Sales representatives in their regular expert work. Theoretical part of the document describes problematics of creation and tuning of a knowledge base, there is also described a wide range of usage expert system aplications and illustration of NPS expert system and its syntax. Practical part then consists of description of development knowledge base, evaluation of the final results and proposals for another development.
Framing of New Psychoactive substances in British Drug Policy Discourse

This thesis, New Psychoactive Substances in British Drug Policy Discourse addresses new psychoactive substances (NPS) in drug policy discourse in Great Britain between 2000-2014. It focuses on the identification of individual frames and aims to understand the different perspectives NPS can be framed in The theoretical framework of this thesis is based on the idea of social constructivism and Frame Theory. On this basis, the thesis identifies individual sponsors, the general characteristics of the problem, the injured party, the public policy implications and the value base. It identifies four frames which are present in the discourse. The first, called Fragmented, does not perceive NPS as a comprehensive problem, but as individually occurring substances. The second frame the Prohibitionist wishes to tackle the issue of NPS using new tools of prohibition. The third one, the Regulatory frame is strongly polarized towards the previous frame and wants to solve the NPS issue by creating a legally regulated market for psychoactive substances. The last, Wicked frame, perceives NPS as an unstructured problem, therefore it cannot be solved by one measure. This frame favors an expert debate and evidence in order to find the optimal solution.
