This bachelor thesis deals with constructional design of wall crane. The aim of this thesis is to perform inspecting calculation according to actual standards and to create drawing documentation for loading capacity 600 kg and unloading 3750 mm according to assignment. Following the calculation of basic loads applied during crane operation. Furthermore the determination of the static load and fatigue strength of selected part which is verified by MKP simulation. The work continues with design of selected parts of crane and its railway. This design is solved with respect to relevant standards. In conclusion the final design of machine is drawn.

Bachelor´s thesis focuses on construction design of a wall-mounted jib crane with lifting capacity up to 800kg, an outreach of 3500mm and lifting height of 5000mm. Thesis describes selection of trolley and crane hoist based on the current market offer. It includes a description of own design for the rotation mechanism of the crane using planetary gearbox and roller chain. It furthermore includes crane design and strength calculations according to valid norms. Technical documentation of assembly and weldment of cantilever is attached to this thesis.
