The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company and to design a proposal for improvement of its financial situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and practical. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the topic. The next part focuses on the investigation of problem areas using the financial analysis method during the period of years 2009 to 2013. The third part outlines the possibilities to advance the financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company based on the implemented analysis.

This Diploma thesis deals with economical analysis of ZEPRIS s.r.o company during years 2007 and 2013. Used methodological apparatus includes both absolute indicators and ratios, economic value added, financial distress prediction models, analysis of financial and operating leverage and stock analysis. In the practical part selected indicators are applied to company. Comparison with the industry of engineering construction is done according to the available data for the period 2007-2012.

Aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to assess financial health of the MADETA a.s. company during years 2006 and 2009, find out strengths and weaknesses and estimate the future development. This work is divided into a theoretical part, where the basic methods of financial analysis are described, and a practical part, which contains explication of results of used methods and their comparison to the dairy industry.

Predictions of financial decline of a company through tools of financial analysis

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to test if the tools of financial analysis can be used to forecast bankruptcy of a firm. I selected firm Oděvní podnik a.s. to test the tools of financial analysis and also selected prediction models in time horizon of six years prior to beginning of insolvent process. I start with defining the concepts, indicators and models which I use in the second part to analyses the firm and I conclude with a complex summary of the results.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company STUDENT AGENCY, s.r.o in the period 2006-2009, when public information and sources of the company are used. The thesis is divided into two main parts: methods of financial analysis and analysis of the company. Theoretical bases, which are used in the thesis, are presented in methods of financial analysis. These methods are applied and followed by outcomes in the second part of the thesis. Significant facts about financial health of the company followed by commentary are presented at the conclusion.

The subject of this thesis is Četrans a.s. financial analysis using a bankruptcy and yield models. The aim of this work is to determine if is possible to predict Četrans bankruptcy using financial analysis methods. In the theoretical part I pursue the properties, division and utilize of particular ratios and models. In the practical part, the values of ratios and models are specified. At the end, I follow the causes of potential bankruptcy and items that could affect the ratios, models results and firm progress.

Predictions of financial distress of a company through financial analysis methods

The subject of the processed work on theme analysis of the company in distress is a business Olšanské papírny a.s. which has entered bankruptcy proceeding on 2.19. 2009. The aim of the work was to determine whether the methods of financial analysis can predict the fall of business in the future. The work consists of a theoretical part, which is a description of the methods used in the practical part and includes definitions of business in distress and division of system of ratio indicators according to their properties as well. The second, practical part, briefly describes the company and analyzes the various methods of financial analysis applied to a particular company. It also includes a table of individual bankrupt models with probabilities that predict bankruptcy of a company and graphical inter-company comparison with sector through the Spider analysis.

Financial analysis of company is very important instrument of corporate affairs. My work deals with complex financial analysis of company Matex HK s.r.o. since 2004 till 2008. I primarily focus on horizontal and vertical analysis, ration and distance indicators analysis, EVA analysis, ROE analysis and I discover by the help of models of bankruptcy if company is threatened by bankrupt. I judge too, if company is run by some recommended rules, example by gold balance rules. Next I accentuate on compare with branches. End of my work answers on questions about total status of company and I here put forward my suggestions, which should improve financial health of company.
