Aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to assess financial health of the MADETA a.s. company during years 2006 and 2009, find out strengths and weaknesses and estimate the future development. This work is divided into a theoretical part, where the basic methods of financial analysis are described, and a practical part, which contains explication of results of used methods and their comparison to the dairy industry. Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit finanční zdraví společnosti MADETA a.s. v letech 2006-2009, zjistit její silné a slabé stránky a odhadnout její budoucí vývoj. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde jsou popsány základní metody finanční analýzy, a na praktickou část, která obsahuje interpretaci výsledků použitých metod a jejich srovnání s odvětvím.
