Vrabec, Jiří ; Adámek, Roman (referee) ; Dobossy, Barnabás (advisor)
This thesis is about designing laboratory model Ball on Plane. First part is dedicated to comparison of existing models, choosing suitable types of components based on requirements, designing, choosing dimensions, determining kinematics of assembly and following simulation for validation of functionality and the right selection of components. In second part the thesis deals with the description of individual components, their parameters, and their composition. In the last part, the thesis deals with the implementation of regulation on a real system and demonstration of its functionality. It also includes the creation of an instruction manual.
Design and implementation of device for dynamic loading of laboratory model of rail track based on pre-stressed stiffness
Turza, Šimon ; Lošák, Petr (referee) ; Kšica, Filip (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design, implementation, and validation of a loading fixture based on the principle of pre-stressed stiffness for a railway track model. The literature review summarizes the available methods for dynamic modeling of railway tracks and describes the laboratory model used. Furthermore, the thesis addresses the design and implementation of the fixture, which was developed based on the requirements arising from the shortcomings of previous solutions. The final part focuses on the experimental validation of the fixture's functionality and its comparison with previous solutions.
Experimental determination of the hydrodynamic load of the flooded bridge model
Naiser, Dominik ; Hrdlička, Libor (referee) ; Zubík, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with experimental determination of hydrodynamic load on the overflowed bridge deck model. In the first part of the thesis the author describes the analysis of the problem together with the basic physical laws and principles that are used or assumed in the measurement itself. In the second part the author describes the measurements in the laboratory of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and its gradual processing. At the end of the work are described the results of measurement, their comparison with numerical modeling, other authors and their possible use in practice.
Design and production of laboratory model “Automatic trunk door opening”
Vodička, Ondřej ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
This thesis deals with introduction to commercial power liftgate design and its propelling options. The practical part of this work consists of laboratory model designing and building as well as description of modelling techniques used to design it.
Deficiencies and inaccuracies in measurement of MV distribution network laboratory model
Němec, Jiří ; Vyčítal, Václav (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The paper analyzes the deficiencies and inaccuracies in measurement of medium voltage distribution network laboratory model. The aim is to propose solution to these problems. In the second chapter, basics of the theory of medium voltage network and the operating parameters of distribution grids are described. The theoretical part is mainly based on the Czech technical standards. The third chapter focuses on description of the laboratory model and it contains its label values. The fourth chapter deals with executed measurements and mathematical models created in the program PSCad. Comparison of the measurements and the computer simulations is included. Description of the measurements contains its purpose, the measured parameters and results of the measurements. Input parameters for creating computer simulations are listed and their results are processed. In response to measurements, yet unknown parameters of the laboratory model and its behavior in various operational states are clarified. On the basis of the findings, which this paper brings, it is possible to modify the laboratory exercise and thus reach more accurate results.
Internet based control of laboratory models
Dobrovolný, Petr ; Smrčka, František (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This award solves design of two models that are designed to teach on PLC and in the future on the Control Web. Both models should be used in LabLink system, which allows you to remotely working on laboratory tasks. The first software model simulates the movement of trains on rail in relation on control from the PLC. The second model is a physical model of drill. In both models are solid managing and type of construction, which allows operation without physical intervention.
Evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a brdge deck
Řezník, Jindřich ; Dráb, Aleš (referee) ; Špano, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a physical model of a bridge deck, especially to find the relation between the median and extreme quantiles of each hydrodanamic load part and to evaluate the influence, which has the shape of the bridge deck on the size of this load. Relations, that was found may be used to determine characteristic values of loads, caused by water flow, for example, when designing the bridge bearings.
Construction of laboratory model "Ball on Spool"
Pohludka, Jan ; Appel, Martin (referee) ; Dobossy, Barnabás (advisor)
This thesis is primarily about designing laboratory model Ball on Spool. The first part of this thesis describes modelling of the system, calculation of parameters, design of the control and simulation, based on which the requirements for the actuator are determined. Secondly, this thesis outlines the design of physical model based on simulation results. All of the components used are described, together with the electrical circuit. Parameters of the physical model are estimated using measured data from experiments. The last part is about designing a control of physical model and its demonstration. This thesis also includes a user manual.
Design of the container manipulator laboratory model
Kolacia, Kryštof ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Prokop (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a container manipulator laboratory model for a 1:20 scale transport unit and a carrying capacity of 60 kg. The thesis is divided into theoretical and computational part. Firstly, the design solutions are examined in practice. Subsequently, control calculations of important parts of the proposed structure as well as of the twist locks are made. An economic analysis is then elaborated. In conclusion, the drawing documentation of the spreader design and selected components is attached.
Srovnání laboratorního modelu pro přenos bakterie \kur{ Anaplasma phagocytophilum} klíšťaty \kur{Ixodes ricinus} a \kur{Ixodes scapularis.}
KALINOVÁ, Eliška
Anaplasma phagocytophilum is a significant tick-borne pathogen which colonizes granulocytic cells in vertebrate hosts. It occurs in North America and in several countries in Europe. It causes severe diseases of domestic animals and potentially fatal disease of humans called human granulocytic anaplasmosis (HGA). This study deals with the transmission of the bacterium A. phagocytophilum by two tick species (Ixodes ricinus and Ixodes scapularis) and implements a laboratory model for A. phagocytophilum transmission by tick Ixodes ricinus. In the thesis, I also executed a comparison of both transmissions.
