Modelling and Simulation of Outdoor Lighting in Technicka 12 Area
Charvát, Kryštof ; Škoda, Jan (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
The work focuses on modeling and simulating outdoor lighting in the T12 area and working with lighting computational programs. The aim is to optimize the lighting system with respect to the specific requirements of the environment. Outdoor lighting plays a key role in shaping a safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environment, thus it is important to use modeling and simulation methods to achieve optimal results. The work focuses on minimizing light pollution through accurate calculations without over dimensioning lighting and using appropriate luminaires, ensuring comfort for users of the T12 area, utilizing computational simulations, and photometric analysis. The results of this work will provide the basis for an efficient lighting solution for the T12 area.
Proposal for Changes to the Company's Marketing Mix
Křivánek, Tomáš ; Juřica, Pavel (referee) ; Kaňovská, Lucie (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing mix of the company OSVIT PROJEKT s.r.o. The theoretical part tells us the definition of the concepts of the marketing mix and the analyses needed to make proposals that will lead to the improvement of the company. The analytical part contains an analysis of the current state of the company and its marketing mix. The propositional part presents suggestions for changes that will improve the current state of the company and its marketing mix.
The measurement of melanopic quantities in indoor spaces with the luminance analyser LDA - LumiDISP
Siegel, Josef ; Baxant, Petr (referee) ; Motyčka, Martin (advisor)
This thesis focuses on measuring melanopic quantities in indoor spaces and their impact on individuals and their circadian rhythms. Melanopic quantities are specific parameters of light that influence biological responses and physiological processes in our bodies. To measure these quantities, a photometric analyzer is utilized, enabling the quantification of spectral components of light. It also evaluates the melanopic contributions of various lighting sources, such as LED fixtures, incandescent bulbs, or natural daylight.
Creating a Business Plan
ČAMRA, Jan
The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan. The plan concerns the establishment of a lighting company in České Budějovice. The theoretical part contains an explanation of basic concepts and problems related to the preparation of the plan and its implementation. The structure and principles of drawing up a business plan are defined. The practical part presents a complete business plan, prepared as a basis for the real establishment of a business. The plan contains market analyses, dealing with the internal and external environment of the company. Internet resources, interviews with customers and long-term knowledge of the field are used to obtain information. Customer needs, competitive strength and market entry opportunities are analysed. The work includes the products and services that will be offered, the marketing strategy and the implementation project plan. In financial plan there are also included - assets, liabilities, costs, revenues, and financial indicators. At the end of the thesis, the competitive advantages, probable success, and long-term sustainability of the project are evaluated.
Creation of Knowledge Database for Lighting Technology with the Possibility of Expert Query Processing
Krbal, Michal ; Sokanský, Karel (referee) ; Gašparovský, Dionýz (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
This presented thesis is focused on the complex description of creation the database system for the lighting. The important static and dynamic parameters of light sources and luminaires are listed in the first part of thesis. These parameters are complemented by the measured values and their relationships. The next chapters of thesis are focused to description of obtained parameters, structural design, historical and expected development of individual representatives of light sources. In the following sections are described current state of used data formats of luminaires and the possibilities for describing of light sources. The database systems are created as a result of this thesis. These databases are used for collecting, sorting, searching and sophisticate comparison of the parameters of light sources and luminaires.
Scene Analysis Based on the 2D Images
Hejtmánek, Martin ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis deals with an object surface analysis in a simple scene represented by two-dimensional raster image. It summarizes the most common methods used within this branch of information technology and explains both their advantages and drawbacks. It introduces the design of an surface profile analysis algorithm based on the lighting analysis using knowledge and experiences from previous work. It contains a detailed description of the implemented algorithm and discusses the experimental results. It also brings up options for the possible enhancement of the projected algorithm.
Design of a lifting mechanism for artificial lighting for hydroponic cultivation
Černoch, Lukáš-David ; Máša, Vítězslav (referee) ; Naď, Martin (advisor)
The work deals with the optimization of lighting for hydroponic systems in terms of energy efficiency, using a lifting mechanism. It is based on the selection of a suitable lighting, stroke solutions and the possibility of simple automation. The introductory part analyzes the basic principles and variants of hydroponic farms, their advantages, disadvantages and description of partial parts. The work is focused on the design of the light lifter mechanism, so it describes in more detail the different types of lighting for growing plants, and also summarizes the various lifting mechanisms from which it is chosen the most suitable. Subsequently, a 3D model of the selected mechanism was created including a motion study. The final part of the practical part was the price return calculation of the mentioned mechanism.
Lighting system reconstruction in the Sokol hall
Kattauer, Jakub ; Štěpánek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škoda, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the problems of illumination of interior space, especially in object in Moravský Písek. The thesis is divided into two parts, where the first part deals in general with the basic quantities and terms which are used in illumination systems. Further, it is about general properties of lights and about general terms of illumination of interiors. The second part is only practical character. At the beginning, there is used manual measurement and modelling to evaluate initial state in program Relux. The measurement is not met in terms of standards. Thanks to the municipal council of Moravský Písek a new lighting system is created, which fully respects the valid normative regulations. Installation of control system of lighting is integrated to proposal, which would result in lower consumption, greater user comfort and greater versatility in the possible use of the object. In the end, there is financial evaluation of illuminating system and comparison classical with led technology.
Smart Home Control by Utilizing AllJoyn Platform
Resler, Tomáš ; Kováč, Dominik (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor work concerns with system Alljoyn which tries to standardize the interface for communication in the frame of intelligent house. The basic principles and the structure of the framework Alljoyn including the recent proposal of the modules Lighting framework and Gateway Agent have been described in the theoretical oriented part of the work. The practical oriented part stars with the description of the getting the Alljoyn framework including the Lighting controller and the Gateway Agent to work on the hardware router provided with operating system OpenWRT. The following parts present own testing connector for the Alljoyn Gateway which have been written to allow the remote control of the lights via cloud service Twitter. The functionality of the router have been tested with software simulator of the Alljoyn lights Luminaire and an own ligths driving program developed utilizing the experimental Lighting SDK for mobile devices with operating system Android.
Volumetric Efects Accelerated on GPU
Kubovčík, Tomáš ; Tóth, Michal (referee) ; Starka, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with simulation and rendering of fluid based volumetric effects, especially effect of fire and smoke. Computations are accelerated on graphics card using modern graphics API with motivation to achieve realistic visual results as well as physically correct calculations.
