Evaluation of the effect of circuit training with the use of labile surfaces on the postural stability in the general population
Vachová, Anna ; Pavlů, Dagmar (advisor) ; Vomáčková, Helena (referee)
Title: Evaluation of the effect of circuit training with the use of labile surfaces on the postural stability in the general population Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of circuit training using unstable surfaces on the static and dynamic postural stability in the general population. Methods: This study is among quantitative experimental studies. The research was done from June 2021 to January 2022. The research involved 40 probands of the general population. The probands were randomly divided into two groups of twenty. The intervention group practiced during circuit traings for 2 months with unstable surfaces, the control group practiced circular training without any unstable surfaces. Dynamic and static postural stability was measured by functional tests: Star Excursion Balance test, Unipedal Stance test, Timed Up and Go test, Sit to Stand test and Functional Reach test. These tests were used before and after the intervention. The following statistical methods were used in both of their groups: Shapiro-Wilk test, paired T- test, Mann-Whitney U test. The level of statistical significance was determined using α = 0.05. Clinical significance was calculated by using Cohen's d. Results: The results of the study showed that unstable surfaces have some...
The impact of aerobic and anaerobic load at reducing the amount of body fat by the form circle training
Svoboda, Jan ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title of bachelor thesis: The impact of aerobic and anaerobic load at reducing the amount of body fat by the form circle training Author: Jan Svoboda Supervisor of the thesis: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Objects: The main goal of the thesis was to compare aerobic load realized by means of running and anaerobic load realized by means of circuit training and then determite which of those forms has a larger effect on reducing body fat. Methodology: To determine the amount of fats in the human body in percent was used indirect field method. Fat percentage was measured digital scales Tanita BC-545N. Probands have measured the intensity of training themselves by using their own sporttesters. Results: Anaerobic load realized by means of circuit training has noticeably bigger impact at reducing body fat than aerobic load realized by means of run. Key words: Aerobic load, anaerobic load, circle training 2
Circuit training as a way of cultivation of strenght at fitness centres.
Svoboda, Jan ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title of bachelor thesis: Circuit training as a way of cultivation of strenght at fitness centres. Author: Jan Svoboda Supervisor of the thesis: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Objects: The main goal of the thesis is to determine the reason why clients attend circuit trainings, what their focus is and what they try to achieve. Discovering the effect of the circuit training is another aim of the thesis. Methodology: The literature review and surveys were used for the purposes of the thesis on the circuit training. Results: The clients prefer circuit training and based on their subjective feeling they are happy with the leadership and also with fulfilling of the target they have set for themselves. Key words: Circuit traning, functional training, strength endurance
Creation and verification of fitness exercise program for a group of trainees in the fitness centre Medipont
KORDÍK, Jiří
The work is focused on the creation of a fitness movement program with Nordic walking elements for a group of twenty-five practitioners in the Medipont reconditioning center, aged 48-61, which was subsequently tested for three months. The goal of this fitness movement program was to reduce the weight of probands. In total, the probands completed 12 weeks, each week containing 3 training units, which were under my guidance, or individually. Prior to and at the end of the workout, the BodyStat was measured for weight, BMI, body fat, active body mass (ATH), body water, and anhydrous ATH. The effect of fitness exercise was provable to a group of probands.
Analysis of changes in body composition in the group of women between 20-30 years old through the intervention program using InBody 230
PETRŽELOVÁ, Monika
This thesis deals with the topic of "Analysis of changes in body composition in the group of women between 20-30 years old through the intervention program using InBody 230". The work deals with the changes in the composition of the body in a group of exercising women. The theoretical part is focused on components from which consists our body, especially adipose tissue, skeletal muscle and water. Additionally, there is a characteristic of the group, and that is a group of women aged between 20-30 years. In the practical part are processed data from the input and output measurements and their evaluation, used methods and organization of the research investigation.
Creation and verification of fitness exercise program for a group of trainees in the centre of a healthy lifestyle at PF JU
KŘÍŽ, Martin
The aim of this thesis is to verify a fitness exercise program for a group of trainees attending the academic centre of a healthy lifestyle at PF JU. Anthropometric data, physical fitness and movement patterns were tested and measured. The input and output data were collected on a sample of 12 participants 7 men and 5 women. The fitness program was applied in range of 13 weeks in form of a circuit training with focus on CORE, medical and compensation exercise and fitness development. To evaluate the impact of the intervention program were used indicators of body composition (BMI, WHR and Brock index), functional dynamic test (Ruffier test), deep forward bent test by Thomayer and posture analysis test according to Matthias.
Analysis of changes in body composition in the group of men between 25 - 35 years old through the intervention program using InBody 230
STRNAD, David
This thesis deals with the topic of "Analysis of changes in body composition in the group of men between 25-35 years old through the intervention program using InBody 230". The work deals with the changes in the composition of the body in a group of exercising men between 25-35 years. The theoretical part is focused on the composition of the body, especially skeletal muscle, adipose tissue and water. The topics mentioned in this theses are: basic components of human metabolism and the metabolism of macronutrients. This is followed by forms of training and adaptation of the human organism to these forms. The theoretical part is ended by the characteristic of the measured group of men between 25-35 years old. In the practical part there are included the data from the intput and output measurements and their evaluation, used methods and the organisation of the research investigation.
Creation and verification of fitness exercise program for a group of trainees men in the age from 20 to 30 years old in the centre of a healthy lifestyle at PF JU in the school year 2016/2017
HAMMERLINDL, Daniel
This thesis deals with the topic of "Creation and verifying of fitness movement program for adult exercising man, age 20 - 30, in a center of healthy lifestyle at Pedagogical Faculty in year 2016/2017".
