The subject of bachelor thesis „Possibilities of financing innovations in Small and Medium Enterprises“ is a description of thoughtful product innovation and suggestions of possible ways of financing it. In the theoretical part of the thesis terms related to innovation and possibilities of financing business activities are explained. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the selected company and the proposal of financing the intended Innovation. The conclusion contains an evaluation and a proposal for solving the problem.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the production and innovation process of the spindle from the current product portfolio of the engineering company TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. in order to increase machine utilization and satisfy demand. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part serves as a theoretical introduction to the topics marketing, production and innovation. The second part describes the company background and analyzes the current production process. New spindle design according to the customer's wish along with the solution's evaluation will be presented at the end of the thesis.

This bachelor's thesis presents innovative user interface for Symbian S60 5th edition operating system. It describes the process of development of an innovative control of a cell phone. It outlines the tasks and designs the solution from partial thoughts to the final form of a control component. The purpose of the component is simplifying the work with the device and improving its efficiency. The text also covers the implementation details for Symbian C++ programming language and results of experiments on a group of users. The whole topic is enclosed by discussion about the future development of the project and its possible usage.

This work explores issues of innovation and innovative entrepreneurship. Doctoral thesis focuses on the characteristics of product and process innovation in the construction company. The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the situation in terms of innovation, funding sources and measure the effectiveness of innovation processes in general and in the context of construction enterprises using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to define a systematic procedure for rehabilitation of the building company in crisis, using process innovation and its verification on case study in the construction company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the remuneration system of workers in a chosen company PiTV – StarMedia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – a theoretical part, a practical part, and a proposal of a solution and its benefits. The first part contains theoretical basis. The practical part introduces the company, analyzes the current state of the remuneration system in the company, it also contains the research obtained by interviews, and the analysis of its results. The last part is a proposal of a solution and its benefits, an innovation of the current remuneration system.

This Master’s thesis deals with creativity and motivation of employees in organization. In theoretical part are explained basic terms as creativity, innovation and organisational culture. These suggestions are presented in the final part of the thesis.

The theoretical part defines specific terms related to process innovation as well as terms and indicators of financial analysis. The analytical part describes the monitored company from the point of view of basic data, it also provides information about process innovation and financial analysis is carried out on the basis of theoretical background.

Efficiency analysis of green buildings operations

The main topic of my bachelor’s work is comparison heating costs of a family double house with original wall fillings and after applying external insulation including additional saving measures. My work is taking in count a possibility of applying for financial grant organised by European Union. This grant is called Green for savings and it is a helping tool leading to energy savings and modernization of old buildings. Next part is focused on used materials in nowadays for building revitalization and reconstructions. These materials has to meet high standards and criteria in thermo-insulation combined with simple construction solution. Manufacturers in these days tend to raise the quality of their products to maximal possible level.
