Proposals for Changes in Internet Marketing Communication of the Selected Company

The purpose of this thesis is to propose changes of marketing strategy on the Internet. Based on theoretical knowledge and general analysis of competitors online communication have been proposed particular elements of SEO. Many of these proposals can be practically used. Results of this work can help optimize own website, start PPC campaign or just to be solid groud for other marketing activities on the Internet.
On-line marketing communication

The subject of this diploma thesis is online marketing communication using search engine marketing tools. It specifies what online marketing and search engine marketing are, describes its tools and explains its use. The analytical part of the work uses tools such as analysis of macro and micro environment, analysis of marketing mix and associated SEO analysis. Last but not least, the development of website traffic and the subsequent possible development of this data in the future will also be examined. Based on the findings from the analytical part, in the last part of the work will be designed online marketing communication using search engine marketing.
Web Site Optimisation

This BSc Project was performed during a study stay at the Coventry University, UK. The goal of this project is to enhance the accessibility and usability of an existing company presentation located at http://www.hcc.cz, boost the site's traffic and so increase the company's revenues. The project follows these steps to accomplish this: a ) A partial refactoring of the back-end (PHP scripts). b ) Transformation of the website contents according to the recommendations of the World Wide Web consortium (W3C) and in particular to those of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). c ) Application of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and analysis of their impact. In this step, the project touches upon the Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Multimedia Player for Android

This thesis aims to create an advanced multimedia player with support of an adaptive stream, securing of the multimedia content and support for playing advertisement. The first part explains the used technologies followed by an analysis of available solutions and the comparison between the two. The theoretical framework is then used to create a player library and a testing application. The player library is based on the framework of ExoPlayer application. Whole application is created in Java for the operation system Android OS.
Marketing Strategy Proposal

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of ROS.BR s.r.o. The work is divided into three units. The first theoretical part describes general problems of marketing strategy development, market development characteristics, segmentation and marketing situational analysis. The second analytical part deals with the analysis of the internal factors of the company, the general and the business environment, the interpretation of the conclusion from the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the web marketing tools. In the third final part is elaborated a proposal of marketing strategy, individual goals and paths to achieve the stated goals.
Information System of a Swim Club

This bechelor thesis is devoted to an information system of ASK Blansko swim club. It is a web application built on the web technology trio - webserver Apache, database MySQL and PHP language. The main goal of the system is to provide a possibility to administrate these database data and also to make the data accessible to a common user. During the development, the Nette PHP framework and the Bootstrap front-end framework were used. The database data were vizualized using the Google Charts tool and statistical data about the user's attendance were collected by the Google Analytics tool. The thesis discusses analysis, design, implementation and testing of the information system. The funcionality related to an export of the selected data and also an import from ČSPS and FINA servers is also worth mentioning.
Graphical User Interface for Smarthome Control

This thesis deals with development graphical user interface on Android platform for intelligent control system developed at FIT BUT. The thesis introduces a system BeeeOn, further explanation of principles of creating graphical interfaces for Android. The practical part discusses design and implementation of screens which extends an existing application. The concluding section evaluates achieved results using Google Analytics.

The master’s thesis analyses a selected company operating in the tourism industry. The company has customers from more than five countries and specialises in offering hotel services in the Giant Mountains, especially for Czech, Polish and German clients. The result of this thesis is an international marketing strategy that is in line with current trends in the hotel industry. The secondary objective is to segment current and potential customers by using Google Analytics when preparing international marketing strategy.

In the second part of the thesis I have outlined a completely new website design and made recommendations regarding other found website issues.
