v Abstract Title: A case study focusing on the physiotherapeutic treatement of a patient with comminuted fracture of the distal part of the femur. Objectives: The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to find and elaborate theoretical information related to the above diagnosis including anatomy, fracture diagnosis, traumatology and treatment methods. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above diagnosis including the design of therapy and to put the design of therapy into practice and then to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy in this particular patient. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which the theoretical knowledge related to the above diagnosis is included, concerning anatomy, traumatology and diagnostic and therapeutic options. The second part is the practical part, which was prepared on the basis of the professional practice in the Faculty Thomayer Hospital, in the period from 22.1. to 16.2.2024. Abstact Author Štěpán Fulín Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Lenka Žáková, Ph.D. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after osteosynthesis of tibial plateau fracture. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a detailed case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed with osteosynthesis of tibial plateau fracture and to analyse theoretical knowledge from the literature concerning this diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the anatomical and kinesiological context of the knee joint, and discusses the knowledge from the field of traumatology and rehabilitation of the specific diagnosis. The special part of the thesis is based on the professional practice that took place at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu Vysočany. This part contains a detailed case report of a patient with the mentioned diagnosis. The thesis focuses on the theoretical part, which addresses the issues related to this topic and provides an overview of suitable physiotherapeutic procedures for this condition, as well as the practical part, which presents a specific case study and the results of care provided to the patient. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is conducted through a literature research focusing on the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint area and humerus. Gabriela Kočí Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with pubic rami and acetabular fractures Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a theoretical overview of pelvic ring fractures and to record a case report of a patient with this diagnose. Methods: The general part includes information about etiology, diagnostics and treatment of pelvic ring fractures. The special part contains a case report of patient, which was created at the Fakultní Thomayerova nemocnice. Results: Both objectives were achieved. Conclusion: The recherche found imperfections in currently accesible findings regarding the physiotherapeutic treatment. It may be said, that the therapy infuenced the patient positively and prepared her for the next stages of rehabilitation. Methods: This work was created on the basis of continuous professional practice at Medicentrum Praha, a.s. and all used methods and procedures was based on knowledge acquired during my bachelor studies of physiotherapy. The theoretical part was drawn from the sources listed below. Results: The physiotherapeutic care had a positive effect on the patient's condition, and almost all goals set in the physiotherapy plan were achieved. The theoretical part provides an introduction to the topic of the fractures of proximal femur and operative treatment by osteosynthesis. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after osteosynthesis of the ankle joint Objectives: The main aim of this paper is to summarize the theoretical information on the treatment of ankle fractures, to present a case report of a patient diagnosed with a condition after ankle osteosynthesis, to evaluate the effect of the used therapy and to confront the used procedures with EBM. Methods: The physiotherapeutic procedures and methods used in the special part were part of the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at FTVS UK. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Pacient after II.-V. Metatarsal Fracture Aim: The aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge about foot fractures. The aim of the practical part is to process the patient's case report after the II.-V. metatarsal fracture. Method: The bachelor thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes theoretical knowledge about kinesiology of the foot, traumatology and subsequent rehabilitation care of the foot area. The practical part is devoted to the case report of the patient after the II.-V. metatarsal fracture. It includes the initial kinesiological analysis, a short-term and long-term physiotherapeutic plan, the description of individual therapeutic units, the final kinesiological analysis and the overall evaluation of the effect of the conducted therapy. The case report was prepared within the framework of continuous professional practice in CLPA. Results: A significant improvement in the patient's health was observed after the eight therapeutic sessions.
