Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a patient after a Cuboid Fracture Objectives: The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to address my patient's diagnosis after he had an occupational accident, and to describe the physiotherapeutic processes that led to his rehabilitation. X-Ray imaging undertaken just after his accident showed that the plantar and proximal edge of the cuboid of his left foot were broken off, as well as the lamella with decalcification. Main objective is to gain theoretical background/knowledge and processing of a case report of a patient after Cuboid fracture Methods: This thesis report, written by myself, under my professor's supervision, is divided into two main parts: The general part and the case study. The general part details all aspects of Cuboid bone fracture. It highlights important information on characteristics, pathology, epidemiology, and its pathokinesiological consequences for the musculoskeletal system. It also provides detailed research information on its examination and physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and prognosis and the effect of therapeutic approaches and procedures at the high level of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM). Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře os cuboideum Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat informace o diagnóze mého pacienta po pracovním provedené těsně po jeho nehodě ukázaly, že došlo k odlomení plantárního a pro základu/znalostí a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po zlomenině os cuboideum. Tato bakalářská práce, kterou jsem napsala pod vedením mého vedo rozdělena na dvě hlavní části: obecnou část a kazuistiku. Obecná část podrobně popisuje všechny aspekty zlomeniny os cuboideum. Zdůrazňuje důležité informace o charakteristikách, patologii, epidemiologii a jejích patokineziologických důsledcích p Poskytuje také podrobné výzkumné informace o vyšetřovacích a fyzioterapeutických metodách, postupech, prognózách a efektu terapeutických přístupů a postupů v rámci Evidence Druhá část této práce popisuje kazuistiku, kterou jsem vypracovala v Centru Léčby Pohybového Aparátu (CLPA) během své klinické praxe od 10. ledna do 4. února 2022. V poslední části bakalářské práce je uveden seznam použité literatury. V přílohách se nachází seznam tabulek, seznam obrázků, schválená žádost etické komise a informovaný souhlas. Rentgenový snímek provedený dva týdny po odstranění sádry ukázal, že os cuboideum pacientovy levé nohy byla zhojena. Bylo provedeno vstupní kineziologické vyšetření a na jeho základě...
