Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a popsat fyzioterapeutickou péči poskytnutou pacientovi po fraktuře proximálního humeru. Práce se zaměřuje na teoretickou část, která se zabývá problematikou tohoto tématu a přehledem fyzioterapeutických postupů vhodných pro toto onemocnění, a praktickou částí, která prezentuje konkrétní kazuistiku a výsledky péče poskytnuté pacientovi. Metody: Teoretická část práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše, která se zaměřuje na anatomii a kineziologii oblasti ramenního kloubu a humeru. Dále popisuje klasifikaci zlomenin, možnosti léčby (konzervativní vs. operační) a následnou rehabilitaci po zlomenině. Praktická část podrobně popisuje konkrétní kazuistiku pacientky po zlomenině proximální části humeru. Obsahuje kompletní kineziologický rozbor, na základě kterého byla navržena příslušná terapie. Všechny znalosti vychází ze zkušeností získaných v průběhu studia. Výsledky: Při mé bakalářské praxi v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno jsem zpracovala kazuistiku pacientky E. J. The thesis focuses on the theoretical part, which addresses the issues related to this topic and provides an overview of suitable physiotherapeutic procedures for this condition, as well as the practical part, which presents a specific case study and the results of care provided to the patient. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is conducted through a literature research focusing on the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint area and humerus. It also describes the classification of fractures, treatment options (conservative vs. surgical), and subsequent rehabilitation after fractures. The practical part provides a detailed description of a specific case study of a patient after a fracture of the proximal humerus.
