iv Abstrakt Autor: Štěpán Fulín Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Lenka Žáková, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po osteosyntéze fraktury plata tibie Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobně zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnostikou osteosyntézy fraktury plata tibie a zpracovat teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se této diagnózy. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a pojednává o anatomických a kineziologických souvislostech kolenního kloubu, a zaobírá se poznatky z oblasti traumatologie a rehabilitace dané diagnózy. Speciální část tvořící větší část bakalářské práce je zpracována na základě odborné praxe, jež probíhala v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu Vysočany. Tato část obsahuje podrobně zpracovanou kazuistiku pacienta se zmiňovanou diagnózou. Součástí kazuistiky je vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, záznam průběhu jednotlivých terapií a na konci je shrnut celkový efekt terapie. Výsledky: Praktické výsledky byly pozitivní. Podařilo se zvýšit rozsah kloubí pohyblivosti operovaného kloubu do flexe a snížit bolestivost v klidu i při pohybu. Dále se podařilo posílit oslabené flexory a extenzory operovaného kloubu a zlepšit koordinaci a motoriku... Abstact Author Štěpán Fulín Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Lenka Žáková, Ph.D. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after osteosynthesis of tibial plateau fracture. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a detailed case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed with osteosynthesis of tibial plateau fracture and to analyse theoretical knowledge from the literature concerning this diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the anatomical and kinesiological context of the knee joint, and discusses the knowledge from the field of traumatology and rehabilitation of the specific diagnosis. The special part of the thesis is based on the professional practice that took place at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu Vysočany. This part contains a detailed case report of a patient with the mentioned diagnosis. The case report includes an initial and final kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan, a record of the individual therapies and at the end is summarized the effect of the therapy.
