The diploma’s thesis deals with the current state of requirements for products resulting from directives of the European Parliament and the European Council. The aim of the thesis is a system analysis of the issue, proposal and justification of the chosen procedure for solving the objectives. Furthermore, the analysis of requirements of current standards and safety analysis related to the work of machine operators in the areas of operation, service and maintenance of horizontal boring machine WHN 13 CNC. The analysis is followed by a proposal for preventive measures for hazards where the value of risks and criticality is unacceptable, leading to their reduction.

Identification and assessment of errors in the production process

The presented diploma thesis concerns about identification and assessment of errors in the production process. The thesis is focused on methods of human factor reliability analysis. In the first part of the thesis is a general description of human factor and human factor reliability. In the second part of it the process of assessment of human factor reliability is designed including general description of used analytical techniques. Third part of the thesis contains general description of selected process, process data analysis and outputs of processed analytical techniques. In the last part of thesis are described suggestions of corrective measures with recommendations for the further development of this topic.

This diploma thesis deals with the safety assessment of operator’s activities at the MCFV 1260 vertical machining center. Then a system analysis of the issue is created with a proposal and justification of the chosen procedure. In the second part of the thesis there is solved the failure risk analysis, which is focused on the operations of the operator in the area of maintenance, service and during the operation of the vertical machining center located in the company TAJMAC – ZPS Zlín. The result of this thesis is the design and recommendation of preventive measures to reduce unacceptable risks in the relevant operations at the machining center.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a control plan for a pressure vessel in cooperation with company Frauenthal Automotive Hustopeče s.r.o.. In the theoretical part of thesis I deal with the subject and its related documents or standards. Then I describe utilization all of related documents and creation of control plan in the practical part.

The Risks of e-commerce in a Company on the B2B Market

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risks associated with e-commerce of a company operating in the B2B market. The introductory part is devoted to a search of marketing issues, where the basics of online marketing tools and services needed for the operation of the e-shop are theoretically substantiated. Thanks to the formulation of the problem, the objectives of the work are set, which include the analysis of risks and the proposal of measures to reduce the probability of these risks. Risk analysis is performed using the FMEA method, as this method can analyze in detail the individual points in groups of problems. The final discussion presents individual proposals for measures, for which the benefits for society are given, as well as a table of estimated costs for these measures.

The diploma thesis titled Risk Management of the course of the contract in the company deals with the risk analysis of outsourcing accounting and tax company Accace Outsourcing s.r.o.. The work is divided into three parts. Part theoretical describes theoretical base based on specialized literature. The analytical part analyses the current state of the company and describes the contract’s progress. The design part draws conclusions from analyses, proposes and seeks measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks.

Order Processing in the Company

This diploma thesis will deal with issues that may arise during the contract in the company MORAVSKOLESZSKE DRÁTOVNY, a.s. The first part will explain the terms and methods related to this issue. The next section will describe during of the contract in this company, and then an FMEA analysis and an Ishikawa diagram for the selected risks will be made. The last part will suggest measures aimed at reducing the size of the risks during contract.

The master's thesis deals with risk prevention in the production of masterbatches in company Lifocolor, s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on the overall risk management process, specifying individual methods of risk analysis. The following section pertains masterbatch production process. Analysis of history of disagreeable products, application of methods described in theoretical parts, their evaluation and design of corrective precautions are described in the practical part.
