Diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí rizik ve výrobě barevných koncentrátů ve společnosti Lifocolor, s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na celkový proces managementu rizik, blíže pak specifikuje jednotlivé metody analýzy rizik. Následuje přiblížení procesu výroby barevných koncentrátů. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou historie neshod, aplikováním metod popsaných v teoretické části, jejich vyhodnocením a navržením příslušných nápravných a preventivních opatření. The master's thesis deals with risk prevention in the production of masterbatches in company Lifocolor, s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on the overall risk management process, specifying individual methods of risk analysis. The following section pertains masterbatch production process. Analysis of history of disagreeable products, application of methods described in theoretical parts, their evaluation and design of corrective precautions are described in the practical part.
