Evolutionary computing
Popelka, Jan ; Smékal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Karásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis was to get acquainted with the Evolutionary Optimization Techniques, mainly with the Genetic Algorithm and Genetic Programming. It was subsequently described the role of optimization problem TSP solved using Genetic Algorithms and other Chapter solving Symbolic Regression using Genetic Programming. This optimalization problems were created in the programming JAVA and there are solved practical part of the thesis.
Android Aplication Programming Using Eclipse Development Kit
Kováč, Robert ; Heriban, Pavel (referee) ; Roupec, Jan (advisor)
This Thesis deals with the presentation and description of the platform for mobile device Android. In the first part, introduction of the OS Android, its history, architecture, versions and competing platforms can be found. The next part deals with tools that are mostly used when developing applications for this OS. The last part describes the practical proposal and the sample aplication.
Database Version Management for Application Development in Eclipse
Palarczyk, Vít ; Šebek, Michal (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with database version control for application development in Eclipse. In the theoretical part, it provides information about the Eclipse environment and its extension modules (plugins) that are an inseparable part of Eclipse. There is also a description of version control systems with a detailed focus on the Subversion system and a description of the JDBC application interface that is used for connecting the database in Java applications. The next part deals with the design of a tool for database version control, which is implemented as a plugin for Eclipse. In this section, there is a description of the implementation and a description of the installation and use of this tool. In the final part, there is a description of the performed tests and their results.
Simulation of PicoBlaze Microcontroller in Eclipse
Šimek, Jiří ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a simulator of PicoBlaze microcontroller. The aim of this thesis is to create a graphical simulator of this microcontroller in Eclipse as an extension of the existing integrated development environment VLAM IDE. The thesis describes in detail the simulator uCsim which was chosen for implementation of PicoBlaze simulator core and introduces its improvements for a better support of automatized testing. The thesis also presents a description of desing and implementation of the graphical simulator in Eclipse which uses the created simulator core and discusses possible improvements of the implemented core and graphical simulator.
Code Generator for RedDeer Test Framework
Jelínek, Dominik ; Bečková, Zuzana (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the design and creation of a new Eclipse plug-in. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the architecture of the Eclipse development environment, discusses Java graphical libraries and explains options for extending the Eclipse development environment through its own new plug-ins. Next part of the thesis describes types of application testing and presents ways of application compiling. Practical part of the thesis explains the development of a plug-in, details of internal logic for code generating and describes the implementation of the designed solution for the code generator for the RedDeer Test Framework.
A Tool for Modelling of Component-Based Systems
Zemko, Zoltán ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
Component-based Software Engineering describes a complex information system as a set of components. The thesis seeks to highlight the benefits of this approach. Also defines terms such as standard software, component software, and others. It provides an introduction to the modeling techniques of component-based systems in UML. The second half of the document describes the structure of the Eclipse Modeling Project. The reader by these lines should obtain a theoretical overview of the development of modeling tools under Eclipse. The document includes design and implementation process description of the tool for modeling component-based systems which has been developed using the Eclipse Modeling Framework and Graphical Modeling Framework.
Creation of GUI Designer for iTP (iNELS Touch Panels)
Kučera, Ondřej ; Šála, Jakub (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with creation of designer for graphical user interface used in mobile devices. The application for these devices will be used for controlling system of intelligent electroinstallation. The thesis describes an existing solution of an intelligent electroinstallation provided by ELKO EP, s.r.o. It also contains detailed design of a prototype of an application to be used on mobile device and a desktop application used for graphical design.
Static Analysis of CodAL Language Source Code
Fajčík, Martin ; Přikryl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of bachelor's thesis is to design and implement extensions devoted to source code static analysis and automatic corrections used in CodAL language editors. This form of analysis is convenient e.g. for the source code semantic checks. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Role of the theoretical part is to overview with extension development related to Eclipse platform, especially with the CodAL language editor, CodAL language itself and to define problems of this language which are suitable to be solved on the static analysis level. Practical part includes specific implementation details of the particular static analysis elements and automatic corrections. These extended CodAL language editors are available in integrated development environment Codasip Studio based first and foremost on the Eclipse platform and project CDT. Codasip Studio has been developed by company Codasip Ltd. in collaboration with Lissom research team.
Garden Computer
Podsedník, Marek ; Musil, Martin (referee) ; Musil, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes design and realization of the system for garden device control via a touch display of a mobile phone or a tablet. Thesis begins with introduction to available solutions on market, Java and C++ programming languages and Android platform. Then the more detailed design of all parts of the system follows and a description of communication between those parts and the server's hardware selection. Then the implementation and the set of test used for testing follows.
Methods for biomedical image signal segmentation in Java
Románek, Jakub ; Smékal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis contains two main parts, theoretical and implementation. In the theoretical part, there are described the different segmentation methods. Mainly it is about description method Level Set.
