Obsahem této práce je představení a popis platformy pro mobilní zařízení Android. V první části je seznámení s operačním systémem Android, jeho historie, architektura, verze a konkurenční platformy. Další část popisuje nástroje, které se nejčastěji používají při vyvíjení aplikací pro tento systém a poslední část se zabývá praktickým návrhem a sestavením ukázkové aplikace. This Thesis deals with the presentation and description of the platform for mobile device Android. In the first part, introduction of the OS Android, its history, architecture, versions and competing platforms can be found. The next part deals with tools that are mostly used when developing applications for this OS. The last part describes the practical proposal and the sample aplication.
