The aim of this bachelor thesis is the building-technological solutions of gross lower structure to renovation and extension of the school building Dambořice. Extension consists of school and gym. Part of the thesis is technical report the work site facilities, technical regulation of selected works, inspection and test plans, reports the machine design with associated transport links, plan of safety and protection of health, environmental, budget and schedule.

The bachelor thesis is based on design of semi-atteched house on the street Slovenské in Lanškroun. Bulding plot is situated in new city quarter determined for family houses outside the city center. Shape of semi-atteched house is almost rectangle and it is made of two parts where each part is designed for family of four to five members. All living rooms are oriented to south that allows residents to enter the garden and the patio in first floor. Each part of house includes garage for one car.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.

The influence of maintenance and reconstruction expenses to income tax

Bachelors thesis deals with questions about maintenance expenses and reconstruction expenses concerning buildings. Its aim is to analyze the difference in income tax if business subjects account for a certain expense either as a maintenance expense or as a reconstruction expense. Analysis is based on the simplified assumption that for example analysed period is one taxable period. It was found out the diference in the tax duty could be very significant. The reason is particulary the long period of depreciation of buildings including reconstruction expenses and also the construction of depreciation calculation. When considering the influence it is particulary important the tax base amount of business subject and the selected way of depreciation. To account for problematic costs as reconstruction expenses could be advantageous for physical persons (entrepreneurs) that register costs as a percentage of income if the building is depreciated evenly and could be with the problematic expenses increase the building tax value.
