Reflecting the needs of participants of a language summer camp

This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at inspecting the needs of participants of a language summer camp, where a special attention is paid to the area of the English language. The aim of the thesis is to provide the analysis of the needs of participants, which will enable the course leaders to revise the current syllabus. This thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the terminology of needs and wishes, their reflexion and analysis. At the same time, there are defined aims, the language ones and also others, which should be accomplished during the language camp. The practical part contains qualitative research, wherein pen and paper interviews are analysed, as with participants so with their lectors. In the end a confrontation of both types of the interviews and the final analysis of achieved needs and aims is presented.
On the edge - art therapy as inspiration for art education

This bachelor's thesis named : On the Edge-Art Therapy as an Inspi rati on for Art Educati on, focuses on activities and approache s which are typical for art therapy and views them through the lens of an art teacher . The theoretical part of th is thesis focuses on education: it defines the go als of education, and the rol es and competencies of a teacher. It also focuses on the specifications of the education area of Arts and culture. This knowledge is then co mpared with the concept of art therapy. The thesis names the basic objectives of this discipline and lists t he main approaches and methods used in this field. Based on these definitions, the text summarises the fundamental differences between educational and therapeutic work and researches it s analogies . Additionally, the thesis provides us with examples o f specific activities and alters them for educational needs in the form o f a brief manual. This manual contains five activities that could function as an inspiration for art teachers. The didactics of this thesis o ffers a reflection and feedback on two select ed activities that were put to the test in the 4th grade of elementary school. Alberta Infant Motor Scale - Motor Development of Infant from Birth to One Year

Summary: Goals - The purpose of this work is to introduce the Canadian standardized assessment - Alberta Infant Motor Scale (AIMS) to specialists. The test evaluate motor development of infants from birth to the eighteen months of age. Theoretical part - In this part I have summarized the need of standardized assessment for occupational therapists and the importance of early intervention for infants to one year age. The next chapter is about psychomotor development of newborn and infant. The main part is devoted to informations about the assessment AIMS. The last part is dealt with an overview of methods used in the pediatric occupational therapy. Practical part - I used AIMS assessment in practice and then in the form of case study, I have put the results of my testing with practical proposals for occupational therapy intervention.
Art Education and key competencies.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of art education on the development of key competences within the curriculum for the elementary school. The thesis explores the potential of this discipline and the possibility to apply it to the development and strengthening of cognitive functions, self-confidence, social and communication skills in children in the elderly school age. The first theoretical part focuses on the concept of art education and its present currents in relation to both the changing educational content and some of the problems encountered in common school practice. Particular attention is paid to the animo-centric approach to which the author reports, and at the same time he feels the need to define the boundary between developing competencies and solving specific problems of individual pupils or classroom dynamics, between artefiletics and activities that approach their approach to artetherapy. The second part elaborates the findings of in-depth interviews with experts in pedagogy and psychology that describe the experience with artefiletics, artetherapy and pedagogical work in school and their potential to develop key competencies. Sustainable Development in Conceptions and Politics in the Czech Republic

Diploma thesis Sustainable Development (SD) in Conceptions and Policies of the Czech Republic is focused on SD in Czech environmental policies strategies of SD. State Environmental Policy of the Czech Republic was chosen as an example of state policy, because of the importance of environmental pillar of SD, which has been mostly discussed recently. The aim of thesis is to do a content analysis of legislative and government documents about SD in the Czech Republic. The thesis includes comparison and evaluation of progression of SD in Documents from 1993 to 2017. It compares Czech Government's Policies to each other, refers to some important details and comments on them. This work does an analysis of formal documents, while the praxis can different from the conceptions and proclamations. In the next steps, Czech documents were compared with UN Resolutions and EU Agreements and Strategies. Last chapter of thesis includes a discussion with other authors.
Influence of Drama and Social Personal Education to the Self-Confidence of Pupil at Primary School

Resumé: Tématem diplomové práce byla otázka vlivu dramatické a osobnostně sociální výchovy na sebevědomí žáka. V teoretické části byly vysvětleny psychologické pojmy týkající se osobnosti člověka. Rozložení jednotlivých kapitol umožnilo strukturovaně podávat informace, nezbytné k vytvoření uceleného obrazu dané problematiky.Největší prostor byl věnováno metodám a technikám používaným v hodinách dramatické a osobnostně sociální výchovy. V praktické části byl kladen důraz na aplikaci výše zmíněných metod a technik ve vyučovacích lekcích.
