The master thesis is focused on strategy of development of family business company Ing. Ján Buchanec Technik, which is trading company. In the first part of the master thesis there are theoretical notes. In the second part there are introduced characteristic of company, individual parts of strategic analysis and evaluation of the results of these analysis. The last part concern recommendation, which should have a positive impact on the further development of the family company.

The first part is devoted to the theoretical background needed to understand the issue. Furthermore, the analysis of the company, its internal and external environment, the analysis of the information system used and in the last part of the proposal changes for improving, streamlining and simplifying the work with the information system.

The thesis is concluded by a proposal of changes for the insufficiencies pointed out in the analysis, improving the functionality of the company’s information system.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on assessment of the Regional Library of Vysočina‘s information system and proposals for the system changes. The organization is first analyzed. Based on these analyzes, changes are proposed. These should lead to improving work efficiency in the information system. The theoretical part explains the theory behind information systems and analysis used to develop this work. These findings were used to work out an analysis, which was the subject of the second part of thesis. In the last part of the thesis possible changes of the analyzed deficiencies are proposed in order to eliminate them.

Expansion of a Czech Producer of Modular Wood Buildings on the Intra-community Market

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of business development of the company DOMESTAV PLUS s.r.o., which deals with the production of modular wooden buildings. The theoretical part contains defining the terms connected with the intra-community market, the conditions for entering this market and description of selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. These analyses are applied in the practical part as basis for the proposal of an appropriate strategy for the development, consisting in the expansion of the company into the intra-community market. On the basis of the results of the analyzes is made the proposal of changes, which leads to increased competitiveness and improvement of the company's economic situation. The proposal part also deals with identification of the risks associated with the implementation of this change.

The analysis of the current situation of the surroundings and inside the company was carried out in the analytical section. In the design part is elaborated a plan for project realization using project management methodology.

This company develops and manufactures equipment for sampling, transport and analysis of the chemical content of powder material. The proposed changes will contribute particularly to improvement of the intercompany processes, streamlining of project planning and to more transparent planning of project in all phases – engineering, sourcing, production and logistics.

The thesis topic is "Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development". The main purpose of this work is to assess the current state of AUTOCZ, spol. s.r.o. and to make suggestions that will lead to development of the company. For this purpose a comprehensive analysis consisting of an analysis of company‘s external and internal environment has been performed. Overarching analysis is SWOT analysis, which represents possibility to the statement of measures that should improve competitive ability and further development of the company.
