It is based on the legal requirements for the performance of the headmaster and his managerial role required for the management of the school, which he has to manage. It describes an initial period of headmaster's dutin and it solves an subsequent phases of business. It highlights the influence of the length of time in managing activities in shaping the attitudes and improving the quality of school management. It describes the facts that brings the ever-changing conditions in the educational legislativ for the exercise of the headmaster, which significantly affect its access to the profession and life perspective.
Educational Needs of Managers of Kindergartens in the Central Bohemian Region

4 ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis deals with identifying educational needs of managers of kindergartens in Central Bohemian Region and educational opportunities in Central Bohemia and Prague. The aim of this research was to find those needs, monitor managers' level of satisfaction with current educational opportunities in the region. It also searched for a dependence of the priorities of the educational needs on the amount of years spent in the leading position. The scientific literature is presented in the theoretical part of this work. It also provides an overview of the current status of pre-school education and legal requirements for the job. The key point of the research is based on a survey among managers of kindergartens of the Central Bohemian Region and its subsequent analysis. The survey results lead to the creation of a plastic view at the educational opportunities for the managers in the context with their educational needs. The final part of this work presents the results of investigations to confirm managers' interest in further education. Furthermore, it shows their satisfaction with educational options in the context of their needs and the results of the investigation that do not confirm the dependence of the selection of educational areas on the number of years spent in a leading position....
Cloud computing perspectives in the field of secondary grammar schools management

Based on the comparison of national and international resources the thesis presents current progress in technologies and selected tools in the cloud computing and possible usage in the field of school management. The thesis also includes a research that shows the current knowledge of cloud solutions in the field of educational management and the evaluation of the current status of the use of cloud solutions in secondary grammar schools. Motivation of Pedagogic Employees in Elementary Art Schools in Relation to School Management

4 Résumé: Incentives of pedagogic employee in elementary art schools depending on management of schools This bachelor work examines the issues of incentives of pedagogic employee in elementary art schools. This paper aims at analysing of the situation in the field of motivating of pedagogic employee in selected schools, checking whether there are some new natural relations in the field of motivating of pedagogic employee related to satisfaction of Maslow needs, which could be used for motivating of pedagogic employee in practice. The research part specifies two research issues. The first research issue discusses whether the pedagogic employees are motivated in conformity with the factors they regard as really motivating. The second research issue stems from assumption mentioned in bibliography and generally speaking it serves to verification of the first issue. It addresses whether the motivating factors, which stimulate satisfaction of the needs of one of five levels of Maslow pyramid, are most important for each pedagogic employee or whether the motivating factors, which stimulate satisfaction of needs related to more levels of Maslow pyramid, are the most important for each pedagogic employee. School Board in the management of school

The aim of this thesis was to determine to what extent and in what areas the school board controls affects the work of the school principal. The operational objective was to specify the problematic areas of the relationship from the perspective of the school principal and suggest how their effects mitigated or eliminated. Respondents of empirical research using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were directors of elementary and secondary schools, established by the Central Bohemia Region. The aim of the research was to obtain the most comprehensive description of the relationship between the school board and school management system. The results of the survey can be used in particular to seek ways and other opportunities for cooperation between the school principal and the school board so that their actions helped to improve the quality of management of the school principal. They can also be used as a basis for more efficient operation of the School Board itself. The survey results can be used and founder of the school as an oportunity to improve the working conditions of school management. Analysis of the Means of the Implementation of Teachers' In-service Education from the Management Perspective

In-service education of teachers represents one of the key parts of strategic development of the Czech system of education. The work focuses on the problem from the perspective of the school`s management and analyses the part it plays in implementation of in-service education. The aim of the work is to interpret the ways how in-service education is approached and the means of its implementation in primary and secondary schools. The work itself is divided into two main parts. The characteristics of in-service education and the state of the art are described in the first part. The approach of the management of schools to the problems of in- service education is analyzed through the questionnaire in the second part. At the end of the work, the conclusions resulting from this inquiry are described in detail.
Delegation of activities at secondary school central management

anglicky This bachelor thesis -"Delegationof Activitiesat Secondary School Central Management" - deals with school management and its aspects, that are connected with the proces of delegation of competencies as seen from the position of the Secondary school headmaster. Generally, the management is divided into three levels, but in this thesis the main attention is paid to the central management. This thesis focuses on the status, role, competencies and activities of the central management. It also describes the personality of the executive and his influence on central management in the proces of delegation of competencies. Whereas the headmasters today are overburdened with lots of administrative and legislative activities, this thesis tries to provide the instructions how to exploit the potential of the co-workers, who are part of the central management. The research is based on the personal discussions with the teaching staff of the secondary schools. This work may be used as a guideline in the proces of delegation at schools.
