The bachelor´s thesis deals with personnel policy in company INSPIRE CZ, Ltd. The thesis illuminates importance of personnel role in company and its particular tasks. It specifies personnel activity in smaller enterprises and considerate actual personnel policy. The main objective of the thesis is to increase of efficiency with help of newly implemented personnel policy.

My thesis is focused on an employee satisfaction research in the company with respect of divisions. The motivation system will be designed on a base of employee satisfaction research. Theory of employee motivation and fundamentals about personnel management is explained in theoretical part. Next, I introduce company and nowadays systém of motivation and evaluation of employees in practical part. Proposals possible solutions to existing problems will be also involved in practical part.

This diploma thesis describes and analyses the proces of motivation and remuneration of employees in selected company. The theoretical part is dedicated to explanation of basic terms of this topic.In the practical part i tis focused on the concrete company mentioned above. It is analysed its methods of motivation and remuneration of employees. The aim of this diploma thesis is to detect actual motivational instruments of this company and examine its quality and utilization. The final part presents some suggestions in order to improve the actual processes that would lead to higher satisfatcion of the employees.
Behavioural economics: How much do the social norms cost?

The thesis deals with social norms and relationships at workplace in concept of behavioural economics. The theoretical part defines the bases of behavioural economics in comparison with classical and neoclassical economics and explains existing conflict between those economics schools. The bases are subsequently followed up by an overview of current studies on selected problems. The aim of the practical part is to determine the cost of the social norms at workplace through analysing social relationships in organizations. The research is based on surveying employees across different organizations within the Czech Republic and focuses on tertiary sector. The data of the survey are analysed by means of One Sample T-test and Two Sample T-test. Furthermore, the One-way ANOVA is implemented to analyse the dependence between the cost of the social norms and the specific factors. In conclusion, the results of the survey are interpreted with respect to managerial approach.

The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employees Motivation

My Diploma Thesis is oriented to the research of the effect of organizational structure on employees’ motivation in a selected enterprise. The motivation system has to be set so that it could satisfy the wishes of both the employees and enterprise owners, or the management. This system should be clear and comprehensible for all the involved persons, and should also support all the processes that are under way in the given enterprise. The aim of this Thesis is to establish developmental possibilities of the motivation system in an enterprise, based on analysis of theoretical findings which are mentioned in the first part of the Thesis, and to propose measures for better employees’ satisfaction based on analysis of the current state in the enterprise, as mentioned in the second part of the Thesis.
A corporate culture and its influence on employees and customers

The aim of this thesis was to analyse a corporate culture of a selected company and determine, what influence it has on its employees and customers. For each of these groups, a questionnaire was created, that was able to analyse this influence on the overall level, at the level of subcultures and at the level of factors that influence these subcultures. Result of the analysis is that the corporate culture is sustainable, stable and seems to have the proper direction. However, a closer examination of the groups of employees and customers reveals a certain room for improvements.
Forms of motivation and stimulation in the selected company

Currently, human resource management is one of the most important system operations of specific companies. Due to the growing effort to achieve higher competitiveness, companies are looking for new resources, namely human ones, and the importance of human capital within the global society is on the rise. The dynamic management approach involving motivational approaches strenghtens the unique role of information technology and, along with the improved quality of staff, increases general awareness. If the quality of employees and ultimately the quality of the human factor is continuously improved and if the employer motivates the employees towards innovation processes, business will be booming and will have a good position in the market. It is also desirable that employees are motivated to identify with the goals of the their company. The above issues are the main focus of this thesis. The main objective was to analyze the forms of motivation and stimulation and their impact on employees with proposed measures. An analysis of the data and other information obtained was followed by an overall evaluation of the current approaches to motivation and stimulation of human resources in the selected company. Based on this information, measures were proposed to increase employee satisfaction and motivation to better results.
