Special educational methods at the 2nd elementary school in the subject Czech language

The diploma thesis reviews the educational support provided to students with special needs at the second level of elementary school, particularly focusing on the Czech language subject. It examines the assistance offered by the school, the school counseling center, and Czech language teachers. The thesis is structured into theoretical and practical chapters. Initially, the author explains the concept of students with special educational needs and outlines the system of care and support available to them. Furthermore, the work concentrates on the linguistic and literary challenges faced by these students, with a specific emphasis on learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dysorthography. The thesis also explores strategies aimed at addressing these learning difficulties. The intended outcome of this research is to document the interventions and support mechanisms provided to students within elementary schools, both in the context of Czech language teaching and through specialized pedagogical interventions. Application of Constructivist Elements in the Teaching of the Czech Language in the First Year

This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part discusses what communication means and its types. What constructivism means and what is the difference between transmissive and constructivist teaching. Furthermore, the issue of children's preconcepts and their use is discussed. The practical part focuses on the application of constructivist elements to the teaching of Czech language. In practice, we mean that pupils should deduce a lesson, rule or principle on the basis of their own efforts, previous experience, constructivist/exploratory approach. Furthermore, it is aimed at discovering preconcepts in pupils or their ideas. At the same time, the aim of the thesis is to create activities for Czech language classes that support constructivist teaching. Thus, pupils use constructivist elements to work. The research includes preparations that include activities focusing on the core curriculum of the second year, among which we include: writing i,í/y,ý hard and soft groups, writing ů, ú and meaning relationships of words. Worksheets, analysis and interview were used to identify the objectives.
Training of Pupils' Reading Comprehension and Its Application in Mathematical Lexical Tasks Done Within the Czech Language Lessons in the Primary School

This diploma thesis is supporting material for working with word problems in Czech language and mathematics classes. In the theoretical part one can look at current problems related to word problem solving, methods that can be helpful for more successful pupil's word problem solving, the context of word problems in the Framework Educational Programme for Primary Education, the definition of the concept of word problem and its other phenomena in primary education and factors that influence successful word problem solving. The practical part focuses on methodological recommendations based on the interviews and research conducted. The interviews with teachers and the research investigations carried out in the first educational period are described in detail in this section. In the final part you can find sample preparations for Czech language lessons related to the word problems resulting from both parts of the work. The Preconcept of Subordinate Attributive Clause in Primary School Pupils

The diploma thesis focuses on the preconcept of subordinate attributive clauses of primary school pupils. The aim of the work is to analyze and interpret the preconcept of subordinate attributive clauses of pupils of the 4th to 8th grade of primary school. The theoretical part first presents constructivism, which emphasizes the pupil's active participation in the learning process and the use of the pupil's preconceptions in the construction of new knowledge. Furthermore, the work deals with the linguistic concept of the attribute, its sentence formulation as well as the didactic approach to the attribute and attributive subordinate clause. The empirical part represents conducted research, which had the form of semi-structured interviews with 4th to 8th grade pupils on exercises designed specifically for the purpose of this study. The section first deals with the methodology and objectives, then presents a description of the process and an analysis of the results. The diploma thesis deals with students with specially educational needs at the second level of elemantary school in the subject Czech language. The focus is mainly on what support is being given to students by the school, the school counselling centre and teachers who teach the Czech language. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The author explains the concept of a pupil with specially educational needs, describing the system of care and support for these students. Due to the second field studied by the author, the work focuses on the special needs of students in the subject czech language and literature. Particular attention is paid to students with specific learning disabilities, in particular dyslexia, dysgraphy and dysortography. The thesis also mentions the reduction of mentioned specific learning disabilities. The projected outcome should be to map the intervention and support that students receive at a mainstream elementary school in the teaching of the Czech language as well as within the subject of a specially pedagogical intervention. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem angličtiny na jiné jazyky, zejména na dnešní český jazyk. V úvodů se práce zabývá o historickém pozadí anglického jazyka s cílem porozumět důvodům širokého používání angličtiny v současné době. Dále je vysvětlena důležitost výuky angličtiny v současné době a vysvětluje hlavní důvody jejího učení. Následující část se zabývá praktickou částí, kde byly analyzovány různé knihy, články, které dokazují existenci anglických přejatých slov v češtině, ruštině a francouzštině. V této části práce jsou také analyzovány důvody pro přijetí přejatých slov. Poslední kapitola vysvětluje negativní dopad anglického jazyka na další jazyky.
