Hyaluronic acid and possibilities of its utilization

This bachelor thesis presents contemporary knowledge gained in the research of hyaluronic acid, describing its physical-chemical and biological properties as well as principal possibilities of its utilization both in medicine and cosmetics. Hyaluronic acid is a linear polysaccharide formed from disaccharide units containing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and glucuronic acid. Hyaluronic acid represents one of the main components of the extracellular matrix and is present in almost all biological fluids and tissues (mainly in connective tissue). Its high molecular mass and unique viscoelastic properties offer a wide range of use of this molecule in cosmetology, ophthalmology, rheumatology, otolaryngology, dermatology, plastic surgery, wound healing and drug delivery.

Occurence of potential alergenic components with metal content in cosmetic preparations

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize potential allergenic metals contained in cosmetics, make an overview of raw materials used for cosmetics, and describe types of allergenic reactions caused by potential allergenic metals. All the metals presented are divided into two groups, from which one contains established allergens and the other one contains potential allergens, which can have influence on inducing of an allergetic reaction. There is shown a possible allergenic reaction for each metal, and its possible occurence in raw materials for a production of cosmetics, which are discussed in this work as well. There are also shown methods for determining the amount of metals in cosmetics. In the conclusion, there are mentioned some reasons of monitoring potencial allergens from series of metals.

Influence of leaf age on the Rubisco content

The bachelor’s thesis describes the influence of leaf senescence on the Rubisco enzyme content in Fagus sylvatica, grown both in normal and elevated athmospheric carbon dioxide concentration. Tha samples were collected at the Station of experimental ecology, Institute of systems biology and ecology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, White Cross in Moravian-Silesian Beskydy. To specify the determination three series of samples were taken in following order - the first one on 22nd May 2007, the second one on 24th July 2007, and the third one then on 4th September 2007.The Rubisco enzyme content in leafs was measured by the SDS-PAGE method. In Fagus species grown in elevated carbon dioxide concentration we observed the depression of Rubisco enzyme content during the vegetation period. Reversely in Fagus species grown in normal carbon dioxide concentration the Rubisco enzyme content was increasing.

Účelem technické pomoci je spolupráce při návrhu programu "Podpora obnovy přirozených funkcí krajiny" v těchto základních bodech: 1. Informace o aktuálním stavu dotační politiky v problematice "obnovy přirozených funkcí krajiny" – s vazbou na v současné době schvalované operační programy, 2. Návrh oblastí v problematice "obnovy přirozených funkcí krajiny", pro které není navržena možnost podpory v operačních programech v současné době schvalovaných a 3. Návrh vymezení cílů programu (prověření možnosti územně-geografického, druhového, případně kombinace obou přístupů) včetně prvního rámcového návrhu indikátorů. Studie obsahuje návrh oblastí v problematice obnovy přirozených funkcí krajiny: 1. Podpora přirozené funkce vodních toků (obecný úvod), 2. Podpora migrační prostupnosti (obecný úvod), 3. Podpora populací zvláště chráněných druhů rostlin a živočichů (obecný úvod), 4. Podpora osvěty a usměrňování návštěvnosti v ZCHÚ (obecný úvod), 5. Podpora na odstranění negativních vlivů a zásahů v předmětných územích, 6. Podpora opatření zajišťujících čistotu vod.

Fundraising for non-profit organizations in the culture

This thesis aims to map contemporary situation of non-profit organization's structure of funding in the culture. The theoretical section contains the definitions of non-profit sector and presents the organizations which focus on cultural activities. Then describes individual sources of funding and explains the issue of fundraising. The practical section consists of the analysis of four particular institutions with a focus on their structure of funding. In conclusion, the current situation is evaluated and the possible measures are proposed.

The elements of logic at basic school

Introduction of diploma work obtains comprehensive inventory of informations from sententional calculus theory, which correspond to problems that are mentioned in examples in diploma work. These teoretical knowledge regarding to needs of work are mainly analysed on secondary mathematics grade, marginally intervene in problems of college logic. Practical part is a task collection for children in infant school and evaluation of their succes in solving examples. I gave chosen examples to children twice. First time at first lesson, where children expresss their opinions to possibilities of problem solution. These opinions weren´t revised. Next time children made the same examples at last lesson after all preparatory exercises. There were seen progress in childrens argumentation close to information about results. Not until this lessons were children acquainted with correct results. In last part of diploma work I mention my experiences and knowlegde about logic for children and some advices for teachers and parents how to work and evolve children´s logic.

Linking the environmental education and drama at secondary grammar school

My graduation thesis aims to monitor possibilities of how to connect teaching of two subjects at secondary grammar schools ? drama and environmental education. First part of the theses is a theoretic excursus to history, goals, meanings and common principles of both subjects. The following empirical part describes and interprets results of a research conducted among secondary grammar school teachers, whereof my goal was to prospect opinions and experience of the teachers about connection of the two subjects. In the last part, I offer several lesson plans using methods of drama for the purpose of exploring of some environmental topics. I have tested these lesson plans with secondary grammar school students and therefore I often show the reflection, give suggestions for improving and quote the students? work.

Diploma thesis focuses on the description of the financial market and its importance in the economy and examines the various approaches and methods of analysis of investment instruments and the nature of investing at all. The main part is devoted to tools of the technical analysis of shares and financial derivatives and their practical use in deciding on investment in financial markets. The most important part of this work is the follow-up evaluation of the effectiveness of investments.

Communication - the key tool of personal management at work of manager

The goal of my thesis is to clarify the issue of communication and activities of manager at the company. In the theoretical part is first explained the general principles of communication, then the theory comes to a point of the description of the course of communication within the company, followed by the definition of manager's personality, his abilities and skills, which is complete range of activities in which the manager works with the personnel management. The practical part presents an evaluation questionnaire carried out in a particular company, the results should lead to the verification set of four hypotheses. In conclusion, it is evaluated the current situation in the company and proposed certain recommendations that could improve the status of some problem areas in the company.

Problematika personálního řízení v GE Money Bank

Práce se zabývá pěti základními oblastmi personálního řízení. První oblastí je získávání pracovníků, kde jsou popsány hlavní využívané zdroje pracovních sil, poté následuje výběr pracovníků, jež se zabývá různými metodami výběru jako je individuální pohovor či assessment centre.Další částí je adaptace pracovníků,jež je zaměřena zejména na adaptaci zaměstnanců oddělení správy pohledávek.Čtvrtou částí je hodnocení pracovníků, ve které jsou porovnávány různé typy zpětných vazeb a vhodnost jejich použití. Poslední částí práce pak je systém vzdělávání pracovníků.
