Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat aktuální situaci v oblasti zdrojového zabezpečení neziskových organizací v kultuře. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu neziskový sektor a představuje organizace působící v oblasti kultury. Následuje seznámení s možnými zdroji jejich financování a objasnění problematiky fundraisingu. Praktická část se zabývá rozborem čtyř konkrétních institucí se zaměřením na jejich zdrojové zabezpečení. Následuje zhodnocení stávající situace a navržení možných opatření. This thesis aims to map contemporary situation of non-profit organization's structure of funding in the culture. The theoretical section contains the definitions of non-profit sector and presents the organizations which focus on cultural activities. Then describes individual sources of funding and explains the issue of fundraising. The practical section consists of the analysis of four particular institutions with a focus on their structure of funding. In conclusion, the current situation is evaluated and the possible measures are proposed.
