Work and job creation in a selected organization

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of work and job creation, to suggest possible changes to improve the system in organization. This is a small business with approximately 30 employees, which deals with information technologies. The theoretical part provides general information about work creation, new trends in the area of work creation, the nature of work, work analysis, industry 4.0 and the description of a job. The practical part examines through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews the system of the work and application of smart working. On the basic of this information and the identified shortages in the system of work, solutions are proposed. Solutions are proposed based on the information identified and shortages in the system of work. The company is handed a bachelor's thesis, on the basis of which the created proposals can be used.
Diversity management: Managing people with different personality characteristics

The dissertation thesis aims at exploring the possibilities of diversity management in relation to managing people with diverse personality characteristics, at suggesting principles of such managing and at creating corresponding model so that employers could use the available human capital more efficiently and improved quality of working life of their employees as well. Based on number of primary sources, the thesis presents a detailed view of the topic, justifies its purpose and use in practice and brings the topic into broad context of human resource management. The principles of managing personality diversity are suggested, subsequently confronted with the practice in the Czech Republic and transformed into a model: Using an extensive questionnaire survey and both quantitative and qualitative analysis of gathered data, the conclusions confirm importance of the topic for human resource management in the Czech Republic, and point out the current unsatisfactory state that organizations themselves are often trying to improve. Thus, this thesis contributes significantly to better understanding of principles and established practice of managing people with different personality characteristics and offers possibilities how to introduce the topic into practice successfully.
Human Resource Controlling

The thesis characterizes controlling as a tool for measuring processes effectiveness. It explains main drivers and key assumptions of the controlling existence. It is focused on controlling possibilities to be applicable in human resource management. Moreover, it names particular human resource practices and describes methods of the human resource controlling. The objective is to find the appropriate methods of evaluating human resource management effectiveness. Key Plastics Janovice is chosen as a company that already deals with the HR controlling at some level. In the thesis, there is looking for possibilities to apply the HR controlling and to keep current processes at the same time. The model of HR Balanced Score Card is proposed as a general tool for evaluating the effectiveness of employed human resources by the company.
Talent Management in business practice

The dissertation is focused in detail on the topic of Talent Management - talent management in the corporate practice. The aim of the dissertation is to verify that the general trends of the current talent management are applied in the business (corporate) practice. The core of the initial part is the analysis of available resources to the topic of current talent management (vocational studies, outcomes of professional conferences, newspaper articles, publications and statements of respondents). The authentication part is based on a research study in the region of the former district Klatovy. The conclusion is divided into several sub-outcomes - recommendations for the respondents, including proposed timetable for implementation, a summary of the best practices in talent management, a description of talent management specification observed according to the focus and the company size, and also the indication of the possible pitfalls of talent management.
Analysis and optimalization of the performance management and development system according to the Investors in People standard

The diploma thesis is focused on the Investors in People standard which is the only internationally recognized system for managing and developing human resources. It deals with the IIP characteristics, advantages, situation in the Czech Republic and its comparation with other models. In the practical part of the thesis the IPP influence is shown in the OLHO-Technik Czech, s.r.o. firm and the implementation process is described. The analysis was focused on the selected personnel processes and documentation in the firm based on the IPP principles. Finally the discussion with employees was made as a part of a qualitative research. The aim of the thesis is to approach the IIP standard to the Czech firms, support its diffusion and offer solution for improvement in the OLHO-Technik Czech, s.r.o. company in the HR field for consequential IIP recertification.
Investors in People - proposals and measures to prepare for certification

This thesis focuses on Investors in People standard, the only internationally recognized system for managing and developing human resources, and its implementation into the company Key Plastics Janovice s.r.o. It theoretically presents this tool, its rise and formation in the world and also in the Czech Republic. It shows its characteristics, benefits for the company and the procedure of its obtaining. In the practical part the thesis analyses the process of implementation in the company Key Plastics Janovice s.r.o., its results and impact on the company. In the end there is an analysis of a current situation in the company, 3 years after obtaining the certificate. The thesis is based on scientific literature and materials, company documentation, information from HR department and questionnaires.
Influence of corporate culture on personal activities in the company OLHO

It analyses the influence of the corporate culture on personal activities in the company. Based on interviews, it strives for determination of the elements and principles that constitute the examined corporate culture.
