Using rhythmic gymnastics in school physical education

Title: Using rhythmic gymnastics in school physical education Objective: The main objektive of this bachelor thesis is to find out level of use of gymnastic activities, particularly activities of rhythmic gymnastic, which is part of the RVP for different types of secondary schools in Prague. Methods: In this bachelor thesis has been using elektronic survey. This method was used to collect and evaluate necessary data. Results: School physical education uses elements of rhythmic gymnastics on secondary school in Prague. Teachers of physical education classified exercise with music and exercise with equipment to the school physical education. Among the most widely used tools include skipping ropes, poles and gymnastic balls. Music to exercise involved more women then men. Keywords: Rhythmic gymnastics, school physical education, survey

Title: African dance Objectives of work: The project aims to build methodological sequel of teaching african dance for fitness needs lessons for adults. Sample dance lesson will be elaborated, including the characteristics of elements and their gear, photographic and videodocumentation. Method: Based on the research of available literature sources was prepared theoretical foundations. Bachelor thesis is descriptive. Described dance steps and links have been consulted with a professional dancer Linda Fernandez Saez. From individual steps and dance links were created methodical series of African dance training, which was processed and presented to the sample lessons. Results: Processing of this work led to the formation of a sample of african dance lesson, both for dancers and ordinary public. The Gymnastics objects analysis in preparation of physical education teachers with Artistic gymnastics

Title: The Gymnastics objects analysis in preparation of physical education teachers with focus on Artistic gymnastics. Thesis objective This thesis was aimed to determine the content of Artistic gymnastics as a part of physical education teaching study programme. To achieve the primary objective two other sub-objectives were established. These were examined in two research phases: 1. the school documentation analysis in respect of: a) objectives, results and contents of Artistic gymnastics study plans b) distribution of individual Gymnastics objects (Artistic gymnastics in particular) and their frequency in a lesson plan 2. to learn and define requirements posed upon the personality of a high school physical education teacher. Methods The research continued in two phases. The first phase was to analyse the school documentation and explore the focus on contents of Artistic gymnastics study plans, its range and required results. To find the answer on relevance and necessity of particular competences of Artistic gymnastics graduates the repertory grid method was used in the second phase of research. Set of exercises for the development of balance abilities of younger school age girls in gymnastics

Name: Set of exercises for the development of balance abilities of younger school age girls in gymnastics. Characteristics: The theoretical part deals with important concepts related to gymnastics, especially the women's artistic gymnastics and balance beam as a pivotal tool for this work. Motor skills, coordination skills and balance abilities are also defined there. The end of the theoretical part deals with characteristics of a younger school age and the sensitive period. The main goal of the practical part is to design and formulate set of exercises. They have a goal to stimulate the level of balance abilities. Presented exercises are primarily proposed in gymnastics for girls of younger school age. The set of exercises has been profiled from a long-term analysis of gymnastics trainings. The observation method has been used in conjunction with the exercises described in the literature dealing with the same topic. The work is not a primary research and it also does not have an experimental character. The structure is not associated with any hypotheses nor is asking scientific questions. The conclusion of the bachelor work contains a summary of the whole issue and evaluates possibilities of using this work in a coaching practice. Intensity of Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method according to heart rate

Tittle: The intensity of the Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method according to heart rate Objective: The objective is to determine the level of exercise intensity of Bosu Strength lessons and Pilates method through assessment of the dynamics of probands's heart rate. Method: Method of measuring heart rate through sport testers and written inquiries (specifically to detect weight, height, age, gender, any health ailments and frequency of sports activities per week) was used to reach the objective of this work Results: Set of information was acquired by measurement and questioning. These research data has served in the first phase for answering scientific questions raised in this work. Furthermore, it will be used as a working tool for the author of this work and for instructors of group lessons of Bosu and Pilates type. Conclusions will serve them to extend their knowledge about the reaction of the organism (by evaluating heart rate) for this type of lessons, particularly on the intensity of the lesson. Title of the thesis: Choreography of music-movement compositions in Aerobic Team Show competition during 2004 - 2013 Objective of the thesis: The aim of the work is to compare the movement compositions Aerobic Team Show, which took first place in the championship of the Czech Republic in the mixed category in the years 2004 - 2013. Research methods: The methods of analysis, comparison, systematic observation, and partly also direct observation were used to achieve the goals. Results: After comparing of ten movement compositions Aerobik Team Show in the years 2004 - 2013 according to established criteria, was identified data, That the criterion of interaction between athletes appear the biggest differences and variations between individual compositions, on the other side the criteria for handling equipment and motion motif are represented in compositions by similar segment. Movement programs for influence troubles of spine

Title: Assessment of a motoric programme to improve vertebrogenic complaints. Background: The purpose was to assess a motoric programme which included two motoric exercises. The intent of these exercises was to improve muscular dysbalance and improve the muscular coordination ofpatients with vertebrogenic complaints. Method: The effects of this special programme were assessed by discussion with clients and the measurement oftheir function. Results: The parameters tested were improved or stabilised in most clients. Combined, these exceeded the number which deteriorated. Most clients felt better after the motoric programme than before it. After undergoing the motoric programme they also had more practical knowledge about posture. Conclusion: The motoric programme used was effective in improving vertebrogenic complaints in the clients assessed. Vocabulary: Optima! posture, Compensatory exercises, Vertebrogenic complaints
