Support measures of the first level for primary pupils with potential special educational needs

The diploma thesis is focused on the production of supportive measures for children who are supposed to suffer some learning disabilities, namely it is concerned with the pupil support plan. The theoretical part briefly mentions the characteristics of younger school age. Every child is different and the beginning of the school attendance reveals if he or she is ready for the school system. Describes possible signs of problems from the perspective of a school performance. The diploma thesis includes possibilities of intervention and support of problem children, it explains intrinsic and extrinsic factors, mentions the important role of a teacher and also cooperation with a family. It explores reasons for supportive measures and describes the situation according to the current legislation. It also defines educational contents in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and briefly gives information about inclusive education. It defines the description of supportive measures and their levels and finally it specifies the term of the pupil support plan with its importance. Violent crime and its prevention Abstract Violent crime has been a part of our society since its inception. Nevertheless, just like our society, it keeps changing and evolving and for that reason its research remains relevant. As violent crime raises serious concerns for one's safety, the police, the media and the public pay close attention to it. The topic of violent crime is very extensive and it is difficult to grasp within the limited scope of the diploma thesis. With regard to this fact, the aim of this diploma thesis is to provide in six chapters at least a basic overview not only of violent crime, but also its prevention. The first chapter explains the concepts related to violent crime, and the attached overview table also lists the crimes that are classified as a violent crime. The second chapter provides information, based on the analysis of data from police statistics, on the share of violent crime in the total crime numbers, the state of violent crime in individual regions and throughout the Czech Republic and the structure of violent crime in 2020. Specific language in Havlíčkova Borová in three generations

The main aim of this bachelor paper is to analyse characteristic features of common spoken language in the area of Havlíčkova Borová. These features were studied on the basis of the recordings of speech through the three generation of native speakers. This work contains a general description of middle-bohemian, southwestern-bohemian, northeastern-bohemian, north bohemian-moravian and middle-moravian subgroups because the area of interest is located near by the crossroads of these dialectical subgroups. The diploma thesis New services and emotion management in postindustrial society concerns about the new kind of services, which started to occupy a very important position in the most intimate and personal spheres of human life (partner life, bringing up or even giving birth to children). With the development of these services the society finds itself on the border of "commodification", when more and more realms of human life is governed by market mechanisms and things, which used to belong to personal life, are becoming just goods for us. The borders between these two areas are more permeable and that reflects upon borrowing of rhetorics and discourses across these realms. With shifting of boarders our ways of thinking, feeling and acting change. Some kind of depersonalization arises and our relationship to our own personal life and to its meaning is becoming mediated by those services and those, who provide them. With these changes individuals deal through involvement of emotion labor. In the thesis these mechanisms and their influence on feeling and acting on the personal level and formation of self are explored. Analysis of personal management system in a chosen company

This thesis is focused on personnel system management in Západočeské konzumní družstvo v Sušici (West Bohemian consumer cooperation in Sušice). The main aim of the thesis is analysis of personal system in chosen company and suggestion to improve quality in personnel management. I see the analysed personnel system very sophisticated and focused on details. Regardless during the analyses only one significant defect was found. Employees have no chance to buy companies goods with discounts and that could be why they are not so stabile and satisfy on their positions and on the other hand, they don{\crq}t have motivation for buying these goods too. Another recommendation for this firm is establishment of cafeteria system, this system of employees' amenities is widely used by many Czech or international companies. There were analysed chosen personnel management activities too. Among these activities we can count evaluation and recruitment of employees. In this two activities we can not see significant problems, for that reason there were proposed only some recommendations. In case of employees recruitment was cooperation with personnel agency suggested, this way of new employees admitting is not so expensive and more effective. Next step in process of personnel management improving is establishment of employees self evaluation system, which is a way how to discover current motivation of employees and can give recommendation for future development.
