PPP projects as the way of road-traffic infrastructure building in Czech Republic?
Veselý, Martin ; Dočkal, Dalibor (advisor) ; Vebrová, Ludmila (referee)
This work examines Public Private Partnership phenomenon and its usage in Czech Republic's road-traffic infrastructure, in D3 highway specificaly. As a purpose I chose answering the question of possibility and appropriateness of building road-traffic infrastructure in Czech Republic thanks to PPP. In these days, we are facing accelerating deficit of public treasure, emphasis is put into effectiveness, usability and avoid of risk in refer to extremely expensive projects. And one of the possible cure could be cooperation between public and private sector. In theoretical part I will compile common framework of PPP then I will decompose reasons of failure of pilot PPP projects in Czech Republic. In the second part I'm going to analyse D3 highway and compare this project with D47 highway, formed by first wave of PPP and also with analogous one abroad, the M1/ M15 project in Hungary. Those datas should be sufficient to give us the answer to the question -- if it is possible to build road-traffic infrastructure effectively in conditions which Czech Republic offers.

The ethological study in a selected fish species of the family Cichlidae
VESELÝ, Martin
Social deprivations are disorders of social behavior, which in the case of fishes in aquaristic experience is displayed by many ways. The most frequent speeches of deprivations are aggressiveness, less common and less prolific stripping and partial or whole defection of maternal behavior. Shoal species have problems with formation into the shoal. The power of deprivation depends on many factors. Probably the most important is partial or complete izolation from mother or father who have taken care of stripp. In the case of biparental fishes isolation both parents. Appearances of deprivation is noted the most by the family Cichlidae, especially cichlids. The main reason of that is their relatively good development of social behavior and intensive breeding in aguaristic, where aquarists are trying to have many juveniles in short time. Because of that, aquarists often come up to artificial fish-scale reading (without parents). Aquarists have more juvenils, but they are more aggresive and they aren´t able to stripp well. Substrate biparental cichlids have another problem, that the pair breed eggs, but they can´t take care of them. Mouthbrooding species - female (or male) doesn´t bear the full term in to the mouth and spit it out or eat it.

Analysis of flight ticket distribution and related services
Veselý, Martin ; Sedláček, Jiří (advisor) ; Douda, Jan (referee)
This diploma thesis analyzes distribution channels of flight tickets on the Internet and aspects related to this type of sale. Individual chapters deal with the historical background, role of e-commerce in the civil aviation industry, individual players engaged in the distribution of flight tickets on the Internet and the position of the online distribution. This thesis also analyzes modern services that are connected to the distribution of flight tickets, e.g. e-ticketing and new forms of check-in.
