There are results of research survey in the practical part which investigates with intensity of nurse's work who are working at lower and middle level of management, identifies not only problems but also the motivating factors of their work. The problems with putting a documentation into practice in our social system

This Bachelor paper concerns the problems with putting a treatment into practice in our social system. The paper points out that the documentation is also a part of the treatment procedure and that it is needed in arranging the qualified care about clients. In the first part there are aims of care documentation and characteristics of problems. The theoretic part concerns the method of treatment procedure and documentation from which the demand, purposes and aims flow. It also evaluates the conditions which are essential to make the treatment documentation. Important part of this paper concerns the problems with putting the changes into the care, attitude of team care members and matches each steps of reorganization in theory and in use. The empirical part describes an attitude of team care members towards the documentation, their willingness in education and how to make the reputation of this care better. Mainly the quality of client's care.
Nonverbal communications in a general health nurse's profession

My bachelor assignment discusses a communicaton and it's usage in medical environment. A part of verbal communication is placed in this assignment, although the aim of the assignment is nonverbal communication. A chapter about communication by acts, or a chapter which deals with specifics of communication with children can be found. The second part of the assignment is based on research examination focused on survey of nurses's knowledge degree in nonverbal communication area and the usage these informations in profession. Searched informations were controled by research examination between patients. The both patient's groups were from the bed ward (surgery, internal, children's ward) Regional Hospital Mladá Boleslav a.s..

Position of general nurses to work in interpersonal conflict

The thesis deals with the attitude of nurses to interpersonal conflicts in their workplace. It consists of two sections, the theoretical and the empirical one. Conflicts,team work in health care services and conflicts in nursing are discussed in the theoretical part. The empirical part is based on research survey, which took place in the Regional Hospital Kolín a.s.. Personal interview and anonymous questionnaire technique were used as a working tool for the data acquisition. The aim of the work was to elicit the conseqences of an interpersonal conflict on the quality of work. Also, the most common source of conflicts was searched and a preferred problem solving method used by the nurses was saught. The other objective was to notice whether the method chosen varies due to the type of a workplace (a standard unit versus an intensive care unit) and the length of practice of a nurse.

This bachelor thesis deals with the awareness of hospitalized patients. In particular, it focuses on the experiences, feelings and subsequently the behavior of patients that is directly related to the awareness. The theoretical part approaches the fundamental ideas such as hospitalization, a geriatric and a carcinology patient, awareness. The practical part presents results of both quest and interviews that were realized in the secondary care ward at University Hospital in Hradec Kralove. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether it is the necessity satisfied to get information in hospitalized patients, and what attitude patients to this question have.

It indentifies what is volunteers are helpful and beneficial to patients and health professionals from the medical point of view personnel. The basis of quantitative survey are the benefits of volunteers in the Wards. The sample consists of field health staff nurse, orderly and a nurse. The survey was conducted in two teaching hospitals.Hradec Králové and hospitals Královské Vinohrady in Prague.

It is focussed on the interaction of respondent to the questionnaire and nursing documentation. The main part of the thesis review time load required for the acquisition of nursing care documentation and the level of satisfactions with the graphic appearance of the nursing care documentation and also explores the function of nursing care documentation in the care provided to the client. The study group consist of students of medical school, non-medical healthcare workers and medical doctors.

Contentment patients with diet in hospital

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to find out satisfaction patiens with hospital's diet in fakulty hospital in Hradec Králové. A theoretical part describe basicly element's of food (lipids, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals) and some methods used for find out mutrition state od patiens.There is define dietary system, describe some diet and describe method of giving enteral and parenteral nutrition. A empirical part consist of research od satisfaction patients with diet by questionnaire. The questionnaire I did myself and distributed to patiens in the fakulty hospital in Hradec Králové.
