[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností hospitalizovaných pacientů. Zejména se zaměřuje na prožívání, pocity a následně pak chování pacientů, které s informovaností bezprostředně souvisí. Teoretická část přibližuje hlavní pojmy práce, jako jsou hospitalizace, geriatrický a onkologický pacient, informovanost. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky jak dotazníkového šetření, tak rozhovorů, které byly realizovány na oddělení následné péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Hradci Králové. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je potřeba informovanosti u hospitalizovaných pacientů uspokojena a jaký postoj k této otázce pacienti zaujímají.This bachelor thesis deals with the awareness of hospitalized patients. In particular, it focuses on the experiences, feelings and subsequently the behavior of patients that is directly related to the awareness. The theoretical part approaches the fundamental ideas such as hospitalization, a geriatric and a carcinology patient, awareness. The practical part presents results of both quest and interviews that were realized in the secondary care ward at University Hospital in Hradec Kralove. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether it is the necessity satisfied to get information in hospitalized patients, and what attitude patients to this question have.
