Hegel's criticism of the German historical law school in the Philosophy of Law
Holý, Václav ; Sobotka, Milan (advisor) ; Karásek, Jindřich (referee)
This work deals with the problem of hi s tory and historicity of man, society and laws. Hegel stands at the end of a long philosophical tradition and has developed a complex framework, which allows the explanation of all these phenomena and their development. The care of this explanation i s the understanding of the world as rational - the world is the product of the self-conscious idea. And more, the hi s tory is progress of the very same idea towards its own realisation in this world. Hegel sees the whole scenery from the point of view of "the end of history" and it is this position, which allows him to understand the laws governing it. Hegel likes to call his philosophy science and system and as such is this philosophy justifiable only on the grounds of its explicative power. Central terms of Hegels understanding of the society and laws are freedom, will, person and personality, which are again manifestations of the sole idea of reason. The work deals with their conception in Hegels philosophy and their functioning in the explanation of the development of the human society towards reason. Hegel sees the historical law school as an enemy of this development, as an effort to save the past. -we have tried to show that the historical law school is a much more complex phenomenon. Hugo and Savigny have tried...
The problem of solipsism and ontic reality of not-I in Fichte
Dubovec, Marcel ; Karásek, Jindřich (advisor) ; Sobotka, Milan (referee)
DUBOVEC, Marcel. The problem of solipsism and ontic reality of Not-I in Fichte (Bachelor's thesis). Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts, Institute for philosophy and religious studies. Supervisor: Dr. phil. habil. (PD) Jindřich Karásek, Dr. The Bachelor's thesis discuss Fichte's philosophy in connection with principles of the Science of Knowledge. These principles are often mistakenly unified with conception of solipsism. The task of the thesis is to deny this solipsistic understanding of Fichte's philosophy. This is achieved by closer examinig of three texts: Hölderlin's critique, first two principles of the Foundations of the Entire Science of Knowledge. With rejection of the solipsistic position the question of understanding of the absolute I is established. On the one hand there is a transcendental- logical interpretation of absolute I. On the other hand is through Heidegger's ontological difference proposed a hypothesis about understanding of absolute I as a being and Not-I as beings. The author is trying to see these two interpretations in unity.
Goethe's Phenomenology
Bojda, Martin ; Benyovszky, Ladislav (advisor) ; Nitsche, Martin (referee) ; Sobotka, Milan (referee)
Goethe' s Phenomenology - Abstract The aim of this thesis was to explain the philosophical foundations and horizons of the work of Johann Wolfgang Goethe, with an emphasis on his concept of phenomenon and appearing, in which he is presented as a significant contributor to the reflection of the category of mediation in German late Enlightenment and idealistic discourse. The work showed how Goethe's (including poetic) works show some theoretically based or systematizable aspects which genealogy, reception and applicability in general the author attempts to interpret. He also interprets the philosophemes connected with Goethe's work: he puts Goethe in the contexts of the German and European thinking of the age of the Enlightenment, of its rationalist bases and of its rethinking of the nineteenth- century concepts of thought. The work shows the breadth and complexity of Goethe's spiritual resources and their creative appropriation by him, as well as the far-reaching influence of Goethe on the German philosophy already in his time (Hegel, Schelling, Schopenhauer, etc.). He tries to overcome the stereotypes or shortcomings he finds in several previous interpretations, discussing first the philosophical literature about Goethe. In systematic and historical contexts, he represents Goethe confrontations with the...
Měření půdní vlhkosti metodou EIS a teplotní stratifikace půdy v oblastech Khan Khentii strictly protected area a Khowsgol lake v Mongolsku
Sobotka, Milan
In July 2014, the Strictly Protected Area of Khan Khentii and Lake Khowsgol in Mongolia carried out moisture and soil temperature measurements in July 2014 to determine the link between these variables and permafrost. Measurement of soil moisture was performed by EIS (electrical impedance spectrometry). A total of 146 measurements were performed and 49 soil probes were digested. It is always measured in the A and B soil horizons. Measurements up to exceptions did not exceed 30 cm in depth with respect to the content of the skeleton whose skeletal content increased. The direct relationship of permafrost to thermal stratification of soil horizons has been demonstrated. The occurrence of permafrost up to 150 cm from the first measurement was characterized by a difference in temperature between the steps of up to 2 °C. In the case of permafrost deeper, the transition between the measuring steps was smoother, on average by 0.6 °C. By measuring the soil moisture Found by the highest average soil moisture at the nearest tenth, Goricho. Abnormally high soil moisture at this site may be due to the growth of the active layer of permafrost in the primary phase of its melting in the severe anthropogenic damage to the Gorkhy-Terelch National Park landscape.
Projekt zalesnění kalamitních holin na území LS LČR Rožnov pod Radhoštěm
Sobotka, Milan
The aim of this thesis is to prepare a complex project of regeneration of the calamity clearing in the Rožnov district. The district is under the administration of the Forests of the Czech Republic (LČR) state enterprise, more specifically under the Rožnov pod Radhoštěm Forest Administration. The project addresses the beginning of the change of the species composition in selected stands on 3 large calamity clearings resulting from salvage logging with the long-term aim to create stands of the original species composition. The total area of these calamity clearings is 65,42 ha. Extensive planting will take place between 2019 and 2023. Within project activities, the whole area will be planted with a wide range of tree species. Other parts of the project include follow-up activities that address the initial protection of planted stands. This will consist in mechanical and chemical protection against wildlife damage and protection against weed pressure. The last part of the project is an adjustment of the composition of growing stands by cutting pioneer species. Direct economic costs are processed as part of the project.
