The possibilities of the pupil's confidence development

Cílem této práce je ukázat, že kritériem úspěšného psychosociálního začlenění žáka do vzdělávacího procesu je osobní spokojenost vztahující se k sebepojetí dítěte. Jak se žák vidí v konkrétních denních situacích? Jaký je jeho pohled na dané skutečnosti? Ústí v osobní spokojenost či nespokojenost? Jedná se o vytyčení základních souvislostí mezi vlivy působícími na utváření sebevědomí dítěte v rodině, ve škole, mezi vrstevníky a hledání cest, jak tyto vlivy, pokud jsou negativní, ovlivnit přiměřenými rozvojovými aktivitami. Cílem je pomoci učitelům v oblasti teoretické, diagnostické i praktické. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko - empirická, z níž větší část bude pojata teoreticky.

Impulses of humanistic psychology to strengthen teacher's personal approach to pupils

The main concern of this bachelor thesis is to describe the importance of a teacher's individuality in his or her approach to the children and the whole educational process. The paper covers the factors which serve as a foundation to this personal approach and some programs to stimulate its development. The theoretical background of this research consists of those schools of psychology and theories of personality which focus on the use of elements of humanistic psychology in the holistic approach to cognitive-personal-social activities of the teacher. The thesis has a character of a survey based on theoretical findings in pedagogy and personal practical experience. The introductory section is devoted to the theoretical analysis of personality and the influences participating on its formation and therefore also in forming personality of a teacher. The aim is to emphasize the individuality and uniqueness of man, which must be taken into account in the educational process. In the latter parts the paper focuses on the qualities of a teacher, which are necessary for his or her pedagogical activities. Theory of the development of self-concept

The purpose of this Bachelor Thesis was to introduce Self - concept structure and to describe main powerful periods in the development of this structure. There are usually mentioned many definitions concerning Self-concept in professional literature, so I am giving some of them in my thesis and I present my own definition. I also want to point to some negative aspects of education which can lead to negative self-image. The second part of my thesis is about school environment and school climate. There is a discussion about teachers, teaching styles, pedagogical methods, communication between school, pupils and parents and the impact on pupil's self-concept. In the third part I compare key concepts of my most favourite personality theories. There are main ideas of Alfred Adler, Viktor Emanuel Frankl and Czech psychologist Pavel Říčan. On the basis of these theories I built a new and compact image of Self-concept. The result is a theoretical base I would like to develop in my next research.
Cooperation kindergarten with family

The diploma thesis is based on long-term personal experiences of a teacher and a headmaster of a kindergarten. In the theoretical part the establishment and gradual development of a kindergarten as an institution is described. From the point of view of personality-oriented teaching approach different solutions for co-operation between a school and a family are stated, with an emphasis on the importance of a kindergarten teacher's role. Co-operation between a kindergarten and a family is divided into three basic categories related to a child's development of maturation. The empirical part of the work presents the research which is focused on not only the parent's opinions, but also their expectations and willingness to co-operate with a kindergarten; teachers' opinions are also stated. The results are presented in the final discussion.
The Inclusion of Childern with Specific Social and Educational Needs to Scout Units

(in English) The Master's thesis "Inclusion of Children with Specific Social and Educational Needs to Scout Units" focuses on the integration of children with special needs into the specific environment of the Czech-scouting organisation Junák. It comprises of a theoretical and an empirical part. The first one describes basic theoretical concepts of children integration and inclusion and summarises the current situation in the Junák organisation. The empirical part presents a research, which unlike previous works describes the process of integration from the perspective of three key subject groups: children with specific needs, their parents or foster parents and Scout leaders. The data has been gathered by the means of semistructured interviews, question forms and on-site observation. The aim was to identify how the integration process works and to gather the opinion of individuals representing the three target groups about the factors influencing the process of integration in Scout units. This thesis presents several aspects considered as key by each of the subject group. Perception of Czech Culture by Students of the ILPS and Ways of Promotion of its Study Centre

The Diploma Thesis is divided into three sections. The first section describes the activities of the ILPS and characterizes closely the Study Centre in Prague -- Albertov and its courses. The second section deals with differences among cultures, according to Fons Trompenaars and Charles Hampden-Turner, and characterizes Czech culture and the cultures of participants of courses at Albertov. This section also includes a research study on the perception of Czech culture by foreign students and in-depth interviews with two representatives. The last section discusses the promotion of the Study Centre Albertov and proposes concrete ways on how to promote the 6-Week Intensive Czech Language Course and the summer course Czech Language and Culture.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with a question of an analysis of a chosen Czech company of bookbinding and design. It introduces how the company works and it names and evaluates its czech and foreign competition which the company encounters on the market. It also evaluates its present situation, making up the SWOT analysis and proposes the suitable marketing strategy. Furthermore, it is discussing the possibilities of entering the foreign market and chooses the best one for the actual work of the company.
Analysis of practicity of government grant

The goal of this dissertation is to consider the practicity of grant for a company, which has its business line in ecological disposal of car wrecks and electric scraps. Then to describe the significancy of line of business for the company especially with the relations of impacts to the environment. Practical part is devoted to evaluation and analysis of company which is interested in acceptance of grant from the State fond for environment (SFŽP) for the development of its business activities. After this study I concur with the analysis of other actual possible forms of state assistance. They could lead to an improvement of position and no only of this concrete company, but also the others which are active in this business line of ecological disposal of car wrecks end electric scraps.
