Title: Communication of the FormFactory fitness centre with costumers at branches in Prague Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to create a proposition on how to improve communication with customers in branches of Form Factory fitness center. In order to make a solid proposition on how to improve the communication in different branches, it is essential to gather enough information concerning the current state of communication with customers and how it is perceived by customers themselves. Methods: In this master thesis, it has been applied a quantitative method of data collection in form of the electronic questionnaire. The questionnaire was then enhanced by the method of direct observation. Results: The deficiencies have been identified in communication with customers in branches of Form factory fitness centers. These deficiencies were described in a result chapter of this thesis and then recommendations were made to discontinue these issues. Title: Public attitude towards construction of swimming pool arena in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to determine the attitude of the public in Dvůr Králové towards the construction of an indoor swimming pool by using a questionnaire survey. Methods: In this study, quantitative research procedures were used to collect and evaluate the data. A self-constructed questionnaire was used to determine public attitudes towards the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Results: Based on the data collected, it was concluded that public attitudes towards the development were positive and such a sports facility would be welcomed. Sport motivation in competitive rhytmic gymnasts

Title: Sport motivation in competitive rhythmic gymnasts Objectives: The main aim is to investigate the commitment to sport in rhythmic gymnasts at the performance level at different age categories and the relationships between commitment and different forms of motivation. Based on the results obtained, to make recommendations for coaches. Methods: The research was conducted using a quantitative method with an online questionnaire survey. 91 modern gymnasts from the West Bohemia region, mostly practicing sports at the performance level, participated in the research. The questionnaire battery was divided into four parts according to the sub- questionnaires. The first one measured the female athletes' involvement in the sport using the Athlete Engagement Questionnaire. The second questionnaire addressed team cohesion using "The Youth Sport Environment Questionnaire". The third questionnaire investigated what is the motivational climate created by the coach based on ,,Empowering and Disempowering Motivational Climate Questionnaire-Coach". Title: GDPR in non-profit organization Objectives: The theoretical part summarizes the laws, regulations and regulations in the field of GDPR. The practical part focuses on the specific area of sport and the GDPR solution in ČUS and ČOV organizations. The main objective of the work is to evaluate the GDPR procedures and recommendations for the non-profit organizations made by CUS and ČOV organization, their comparison and recommendations for improvement of the final document related to regulation of GDPR in general in Czech sport area. Methods: The work includes analysis, evaluation, comparison and adequate proposals together with recommendations for improvement. Relevant data are obtained from available documents and on the basis of semi-structured interviews with selected representatives and members of ČUS, ČOV and specialized companies processing GDPRs in these organizations. Results: In order to examine the available documents on GDPR in sport, it was found that the Česká unie sportu is the most active in this topic and tries to publish all documents on the website. Title: Research on the satisfaction of fans of a selected football club Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the satisfaction and loyalty of the fans of the football club Sparta Prague, and then to divide the fans into segments according to age categories. The practical implication is then to find out what is important for these segments, so that the club can prevent their dissatisfaction, or to ensure their satisfaction. Methods: Quantitative research through a questionnaire was used to obtain relevant data. The survey took place electronically. Results: From the conducted research and its results, it appears that individual segments of the club have reserves in certain areas that can be used for improvement. Change of market value of foreign players in selected European competetions

Title: Changes in the size of market values of foreign players in selected European competitions. Objectives: The changes in the market values of foreign players will be observed in ten consecutive seasons starting from 2011/12. The top football competitions from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Poland and Hungary will be examined. Based on the results obtained, the best transfer station, or environment in which a player can prove his qualities and then move up in his career, will be determined. Method: The unit difference of all players in thousands of euros was calculated. Then the average changes of all players in each season were calculated for each country separately. The same procedure was repeated in percentages to determine the real change. For a better idea, both these values were graphically recorded. Results: The values achieved by the players in this competition were many times higher than in the other competitions. Compared to the Czech Republic on average across seasons, the result in unit terms is more than six times higher. In terms of percentage change across seasons, the measured values are more than three times higher. Poland recorded the second largest unit average growth across seasons. Author: Adam Štěpán Title: Business plan - competition analysis Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to establish a strategy that will serve as the basis for the establishment of a massage centre in Liberec in the context of competition analysis. The massage centre will be newly established and therefore it is important to thoroughly analyse the competitive environment in the massage industry in Liberec. Methods: Qualitative research methods are used in this work. First there was a literature search dealing with the business plan and competition analysis, followed by a semi-structured interview. The semi-structured interview was validated by an expert. The study was carried out in Liberec on a sample of two massage centres. Porter's model of five competing forces was used to measure the competitive environment, which was modified for the massage service environment. The centres SAREMA Liberec s.r.o. and SPORT PARK MEDICAL were analyzed in detail. The results of the survey were processed into Porter's model. Based on these results, a strategy for the possible establishment of a massage centre was drawn up. Quality of Sport Services at Relax active club Teplice

Title: Quality of Sport Services at Relax active club Teplice Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate the quality of sport services offered by Relax sport club Teplice. The secondary aim is to figure out the problematic points of service, which can lead to improving services offered to the clients and therefore improving their satisfaction. Methods: This thesis used a written form of inquiry, using the Likert scale to evaluate the fifth gap in the Gap model of service quality. A modified version of the SERVQUAL method for measuring quality of services was used, which was expanded from the original 5 dimensions into seven. The added dimensions were used because of the clubs focus on extensive options of service and a wide range of customers. Results: The survey identified the gaps between customer expectations and actual perceived value, which were used to determine problematic areas of the quality of services provided by Relax sport club Teplice. The results were positive. Tangibles, reliability, and responsible approach were the dimensions with the worst score. The SERV-score for tangibles was -2,85, for reliability -3,88 and for responsible approach -3,25. The survey revealed a problem in communication between the club and its clients. Management of the suburban sports camps

Title: Management of sport day camps Goals: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the interests of parents in lecturers/coaches expertise and education when choosing sport day camps. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative methods of research were used in the thesis, specifically data analysis and electronic questioning. Descriptive analysis was used in the practical part of the thesis. Results: The results of the questionnaire survey have confirmed the interest of parents in the education of coaches/lectors on sport day camps, even though the personnel doesn't matter for the respondents when looking up sport day camps, and they don't look up the level of education of said personnel. Based on the result of the thesis, some recommendations for sports clubs were made at the end of thesis, which are dealing with the organization of sport day camps. Quality of sports services in selected public daycare centers

Title: Quality of sports services in selected public daycare centers Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine the quality of sports services in selected public daycare centers in the territory of Mladá Boleslav and based on the results to propose recommendations that will reflect the shortcomings in the services provided. Methods: The principles of the SERVQUAL and SERVIMPERF methods were used to investigate service quality. The data were collected using an electronic questionnaire addressed to the parents of the children. The questionnaire was sent to the directors of two selected daycare centers with a total capacity of 274 children and subsequently published on their websites. Results: The survey shows that in none of the selected public daycare centers did the average value of the perceived quality of services exceed the value of importance. For daycare centre A the average value of importance is 6.38 and the value of perceived quality is 6.07, in the case daycare centre B it is 6.06 for importance and 5.84 for perceived quality. None of the average values of the examined dimensions was lower than 5.
