The object of this bachelor thesis is designing and constructing plant for manual deployment rubber gasket while production connectors to cars. Part of the work is devoted general orientation the assembly plant, another part is devoted itself alternative solutions design variants and selection of appropriate alternative solutions. The reset of this work is 3D model of plant.

Bayonet door of pressurized furnace

In this master's thesis a design of door for helium quenching furnace is described. Based on background research, several options for the design have been compared. All calculations were carried out based on structural needs resulting from high pressure gas quenching technology. By the ending of this thesis a mounting procedure and rough cost price estimation is described. Part of master's thesis is also a virtual 3D prototype and a drawing documentation.

The aim of this master´s thesis was the design of a small hydraulic press for bio-briquettes according to predetermined parameters. The theoretical part presents the current situation in terms of biomass processing, briquette production and a description of briquetting presses. The practical part deals with solutions and detailed structural design of the selected alternatives. Models and drawings were created in the SolidWorks 2011.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with a design of safety mechanism for hand-operated press. The first part deals with common guidelines for working with hand-operated presses. The second part deals with a protective machine for mechanic presses in accordance with the ČSN EN 692+A1 norm. The third part deals with the design of two safety mechanism. In the last part there is one option chosen out of these mechanisms and for this one a design solution was carried out.

First part addresses current situation of surface wiping solution. Second part contains proposal of several solution options. Third part deals with construction solution of chosen variant. In the following part are figured out load parameters. Last part of thesis is dedicated to visualization and description of kinematics discharge arrangement.

Design of Universal Equipment for Tire Cutting

The main content of of this thesis is a construction design and analysis of a machine for cutting tires. The resulting solution emerges from the design options and the option that meets the best selection criteria is chosen. Then the thesis stops for a while at the choice of cutting technology and tries to exemine its suitability for cutting tires. In its other part there is an attempt to clarify the relevant parts of the machine, where the benefits of three-dimensional views is used. Basic design and check calculations are done in the selected machine parts.

Diploma thesis concerns in the first part about current knowledge in the field of electromagnetic waves, the history, development and distribution of radar, radar antenna types and distribution of structure radars. The second part deals with the problem formulation and analysis. The third part defines the specific goals of diplomas thesis and the fourth part proposes a solution methode. Design and design selection is included in fifth part. The sixth section analyze selected variant and describes its components. Final seventh part contains design assessment of structural, technological and economic aspect.

Bachelor thesis is focused on project of design of axles for model of locomotive BN30U. The aim of this project is to create the simplest proposal of construction of the axle. The proposal must ensure simple assembly of axle. The design of axles is based especially on chosen propulsion of model. Thesis incorporates overview of models from foreign countries, of possible propulsions. It also includes proposal of solving of design, strength calculation and drawings documentation.
