Bachelor thesis "Food as a culturally social phenomenon, gastronomy not only in the arts" is concerned with a phenomenon of food in a wider context of sociocultural and artistic areas as an instrument of world's "estetics" and a human movement via the food. It contextually arranges a view into formally very rich area of basic and also "above standard" human needs. Its aim is familiarization and connection of ethic codexes during the preparation, serving and consumption of food in different cultures and in art.

Didactic methods in Health education

This diploma thesis deals with the didactic means of teaching health education and research of selected online resources usable for teaching health education at the second stage of primary and secondary schools. The aim of the work is to verify the quality of materials available online suitable for use in teaching health education and to show their practical use. The materials are verified in terms of the quality of materials, their practical use in teaching and focus in terms of the level of education. The available materials are verified by an analysis, which is focused on the examination of materials in terms of science, adequacy, practicality and suitability for use in a particular level of education. The practical use of materials is verified by practical use in teaching and the method of structured interviews with colleagues. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the types of teaching aids and the research part on the analysis of specific teaching aids. The practical part deals with the use of available teaching aids in teaching. The thesis contains an overview of selected, available didactic tools usable in the teaching of health education with regard to their content, quality and adequacy. Assessment of fitness preparedness of floorball women

Title: Assessment of fitness preparedness of floorball women Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out and compare selected motor skills in sixteen women player of floorball team (Czech extraleague). Another goal is to evaluate the adequacy of the selected test battery for identifying fitness readiness in floorball players using Pearson correlation coefficient. Methods: The method of (pre)experiment in the form of an intervention program was used. The research was carried out in the form of testing according to a test battery, which included four types of tests: run 50 m, run 30 m backwards, crunches repeated, bench press max (maximum weight in the individuality of the player) and bench press repeated (50 % body weight). The measured performance values in the tests were then evaluated and compared with each other. Results: The players of the tested group showed a significant improvement in 3 tests out of 5 overall after passing the input and output measurements. These consisted of crunches tests repeatedly (improvement by 10,82 %), bench press max (improvement by 6,1 %) and bench press repeatedly (improvement by 9,73 %). Community foundations and their specifics

Today, community foundations undoubtedly play a significant role in building community philanthropy and strengthening civil society through civic engagement. They are unique by their specific connection to the community, ie. to a particular geographically defined area, where this foundation financially supports activities, events, individuals or groups in the form of grants. These grants provide from a collection of donated funds from many donors and the impact on the community is that it addresses its diverse problems and needs. Thanks to this collection and the endowment can address these needs in the long run. In the submitted diploma thesis, is based on analysis of professional literature, the specifics of community foundations are derived and based on the analysis of the documents of the foundations, it is shown how many Czech community foundations correspond to this ideal. Assessment of using equipment for functional training of floorball women

Title: Assessment of using equipment for functional training of floorball women Objectives: The aim of this work is to compile selection of useful functional exercises with exercise equipment of extralegue floorball women team and also to get expert considerations of conditional trainer and assessment of exercises by Borg scale of floorball women. Methods: For the data collection and information acquisitions have been used following methods: questionnaire interviews by players of team and oral communication during an interview with conditional trainer. Processing of the questionnaires conducted in Microsoft Excel, the results are expressed through charts. Results: According to the assessment of conditional trainer has each selected functional exercise with equipment benefits for floorball players. It was found that floorball players do not considered functional training with the equipment as too exhausting, because they evaluated all exercises the average mark of 4 on the Borg scale. We can see some differences in the evaluation of players belonging to the national team, compared with players who had experience only with the league matches.
