Development of the tool for application of the method for localization of unsymmetrical faults
Pospíšil, Tomáš ; Vyčítal, Václav (referee) ; Topolánek, David (advisor)
In resonant earthed distribution systems, the capacitive current of the system is compensated by grounding via a arc suppression coil. The level of fault current is then very small and independent on the fault location which greatly complicates the rapid finding of the fault site. At this moment there is no method to be used to directly locate the site of a single-phase fault in the distribution network, new methods and solutions are being constantly sought to address the shortcomings of the existent localization methods. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a universal software tool that allows to apply a new method of locating an asymmetric fault in the distribution network. The tool is created in a MATLAB environment and utilizes the negative sequence voltage measured on the low-voltage sides of the distribution transformers and the negative sequence current measured behind the power transformer. By using the proposed tool, it is possible to read the parameters of any part of the distribution system that the user enters together with the measured values of the voltage and current into the initialization file. After the specified network parameters are loaded, a numerical model is created, which is then used for the method. In the work is described in detail the way of entering the parameters of the network into the initialization file, the method of automatic assembling of the numerical model based on the entered data and the possibility of customizing the calculation parameters. At the end of the thesis, the functionality of the proposed software tool is verified on data from simulation of the test network.
MOISTENING OF COMPONENT MATERIALS AND SPEED OF DEHUMIDIFICATION
Pospíšil, Tomáš ; Tomáš, Bžoněk (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with process associated with moisture in electrotechnics. The bachelor thesis is focused on the components and basic materials that are sensitive to moisture and defects caused by moisture in the reflow soldering process. The theoretical part describes the principles of measuring humidity and sorts of absorption. Furthermore this work described the basic classification and defects in components, base materials and packaging material sensitive to moisture and selection of standards dealing with this issue. Another theoretical part is focused on the manipulation with components and materials sensitive to moisture. The practical part deals with the methodology and practical measurement of moisture soaking in the components and materials with respect to their level of sensitivity to moisture. The following part is focused on the methodology of drying, practical measurement of drying and comparing two drying cabinets.
Public library with cafeteria
Vlach, Ondřej ; Pospíšil, Tomáš (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a detailed design of a public library with cafeteria. The building is situated in the developing city area of Jihlava in the cadastral area of Horní Kosov. It has four storeys above ground and no basement floor. The 4th floor has a smaller net floor area than the rest floors. The building is designed also for disabled people. The expected number of employees is 18 and the number of visitors is 150 in a daily average. An entrance to the property is on the Vrchlického street. There is a parking lot in front of the building with a total capacity of 50 parking spaces including three parking spaces for disabled. The cafeteria and its facilities are situated in the ground floor of the building. Browsing area is situated in the second and third floor. The type of the structure is a frame structure with infill walls made of aerated concrete. The building has a double-skin facade. The cladding of the facade is made of fibre-cement boards. There is a curtain wall designed at some sections of the facade. The building has a warm flat roof with a parapet wall and interior roof drains.
LABORARTORY BRNO
Pospíšil, Tomáš ; Nový, Vítězslav (referee) ; Ponešová, Barbora (advisor)
The object of the proposal is a gallery of modern and new media art together with a community centre, which serves as a platform for creating projects in borderland between science and art. The form of the two separately standing buildings is significantly influenced by their surroundings. The modern barrier of the street Koliště is enhanced by blind concrete facades of the designed buildings. The unity with Cejl indicates reclusion, rawness and sense of community, especially significant is the parterre which is shaped as two atria with different levels of intimacy. The dominant feature of the project is a superelevated golden cube, which conceals the main space of the gallery. It is situated behind the wall of buildings and it looks down at the city centre, which is possible thanks to its height. The remaining space is located in lower level and it is less opulent, as it stands back to the street on one side and completely opens itself into atriums through glassed-in walls on the other side. The goal of the project was to extract and put into shape specific aspects of the place and to create a user-friendly environment.
