The use of regenerative procedures in ice hockey players

Title: The use of regenerative procedures in ice hockey players Goals: My main aim in this thesis was to identify which recovery procedures are most frequently used among ice hockey players and to determine the frequency of their use. I focused on examining the impact of these procedures on individual players. My intention was not only to determine the popularity and regularity of the use of specific recovery methods, but also to understand how these treatments affect players' psychological well-being, performance and ability to cope with stressful situations during competitive matches. Methods: To obtain data, I created an anonymous non-standardized online questionnaire in Czech language, which was designed specifically for ice hockey players over 18 years of age. The questionnaire was designed to allow players to share their experiences with different aspects of their training and recovery regimen. A total of 70 ice hockey players representing different ice hockey leagues and competition levels participated in the research. This diversity of participants allowed a wide range of data to be collected and provided a comprehensive view of the recovery practices and preferences of hockey players across different competitions. This diploma thesis provides a detailed analysis of human resources in the Karlova pekárna Ltd. company with the aim of decreasing the employee fluctuation. The analytical part contains information concerning the external and internal company environment and results of a sociological survey conducted among the company employees. The data obtained from the survey serve as a basis for change proposals related to the working environment, appraisal, motivation and career growth area.

Proposal for Improvement Communication in Firm

Abstract The thesis deals with effective interpersonal communication and communication with customers, which is one of the most important parts of marketing. The thesis is divided into three main sections – theoretical, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes external and internal communication in corporate management. The analytical section describes the company Videoklinik Ltd. from perspective of its activities and by means of analysis identifies weaknesses in communication. In the practical part elements of communication are drawn and recommended to streamline system of communication within and outside the company thus to secure not only prosperity of the company but mainly its maintenance on the market.

This bachelor thesis describes problems of development and pottering of organization culture in IVes, spol. s r.o. This work is based on assigned hypothesis of particular problems that relate to the organization culture. A description of activities of the company is included. In this essay an actual quality of the organization culture will be researched. The results of the survey will form suggestions, that will lead to raising efficiency and quality of work in the company.

The practical part analyses the present situation and, based on suggestions and recommendations, proposes changes that are important to ensure fulfilling the plan of a regional branch.

In my annotation I dead with the problems concerning company´s culture and its influence upon the effectiveness of work in given firm. In publication we find by basic theoretic knowledge relating to company´s culture, it´s investigation, formation, meaning, etc. Publication of this thesis contains the summary of the problematic section and suggestion how to improve the current firm´s culture in which will the firm find practical usage.
