Establishment of an enterprise and the creation of a business plan

In this study the realistic business plan for establishing a small company concerned with manufacturing of luggage for so-called enduro motorcycles and related products is made. The actual situation on the market is considered and the detailed mar- keting plan that takes into account the necessary actions to achieve prosperity is defined. The financial plan and possibilities of future (lo- velopment of the company are sketched out. The considered advantages and disadvantages of selected type of product are discussed. The pro- cess of establishing of a company is described in detail, the advantages and disadvantages of an individual forms of company with reapect to given character and range of chosen activity are discussed. The SWOT analysis has been used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportu- nities, and Threats involved in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving that objective. The SWOT analysis is very helpful tool eSpecially for better consideration of survivability of the business with respect to competi- tive surrounding and situation on the market. System librarianship illustrated by an example of library management system Olib 7 administration

Rigorózní práce se zabývá profesí systémového knihovníka, jenž je demonstrována na příkladu správy automatizovaného knihovnického systému Olib 7. První část práce je věnována systémovému knihovnictví, definuje tuto specializaci a zabývá se nároky na profesi systémového knihovníka. Následuje část, jenž se zabývá obecnými otázkami administrace relačních databází v prostředí knihoven. Další kapitoly se věnují automatizovanému knihovnickému systému Olib 7 z pohledu systémového knihovníka. Jsou uvedeny hlavní charakteristiky systému Olib 7, představeny jeho moduly a jednotlivé části. Dále se práce zabývá implementačním procesem systému, jsou uvedeny technické nároky, standardní postup instalace a provedení základních nastavení. V práci je detailně rozebrána konfigurace referenčních dat, optimalizace vyhledávání a možnosti práce systémového administrátora v rámci jednotlivých modulů systému. Rovněž jsou specifikovány podmínky pro manipulaci s daty v databázi a rozebrány možnosti konfigurace a přizpůsobení systému pro rozdílné potřeby knihoven.

The entry of a new technical journal on the market

Cílem této práce je komplexní náhled na postupy a úkony nutné při nově vznikajícím odborném časopisu se zaměřením na skladbu obsahové části časopisu a multimediální přílohy. Pozornost je také věnována webové prezentaci titulu, která má velkou šanci do budoucna poskytnout, díky svým technologickým možnostem, papírové podobě časopisu zajímavé rozšíření a doplnění. Úvod obsahuje přehled současných vydavatelství působících v České republice a uveden je také přehled odborných počítačových periodik. Zmíněn je rovněž legislativní rámec a právní zabezpečení vydavatelské činnosti. Obsahem práce je také krátký historický pohled na distribuci v ČR a možnosti kompletace výtisků. Jádrem práce je zamyšlení nad obsahovou náplní časopisu, jeho rozdělení na tematické bloky a jednotlivé části. Neméně důležité multimediální příloze je věnována druhá polovina této stěžejní části, kde jsou popsány možnosti vkládání multimediálních příloh, jejich základní skladba a výhody. Závěrečná část se zaobírá možností webové prezentace časopisu. Webové stránky poskytují do budoucna vhodný způsob doplnění tištěného časopisu zejména svými technologickými možnostmi, které papírová forma nemůže poskytnout.

The use of floating suction dredger for cleaning and removal of natural sediment

Unconventional technology called "wet method" is a gentle pumping and removal of undesirable sediments not only in ponds and streams, but also in shallow waters, canals, harbors, lakes, recreational water areas and other tanks, decorated in treatment technology and water purification. This is a floating suction dredger WATERMASTER CLASSIC III, which functions as a classic and dragline as one and due to various peripheral devices isvaried uses. This machine is also ideal for repairing the damage during floods because of its versatility.

Construction technology study of the construction of the bearing structure of manufacturing plant in Jihlava

Company engaged in modernization of locomotive vehicles progressively modernizing their industrial estate. A big investment become realization of new industrial hall for vehicle coating, simultaneously with a reconstruction of neighbouring production hall and a new connection to the water main, gas main and a new transformer station. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of bored piles and for assembly upper prefabricated reinforced concrete construction of coating hall. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans, work safety, time schedule and comparison of two variants of the cranes and all will be feasible in terms of construction rate and financing.

Numerical modeling of the water cooled charge air cooler in/out chamber leading to development of the analytical model

Diploma thesis deals with numerical simulations of an air flow in a water cooled charge air cooler (WCAC), specifically with pressure drops in inlet/outlet chamber. The simulations have been performed in a proprietary software Star-CCM+. Physical phenomena have been solved by the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations and consequently a matrix of pressure drops for miscellaneous variations of chamber's geometry and the initial flow conditions has been created. Based on the CFD results, dependence between calculated pressure drops and changing parameters has been analyzed and finally a 1D solver has been developed and implemented into a software OpenModelica.

Numerical simulations of magnetoacoustic waves in solar corona

The topic of the master thesis are the numerical simulations of magnetoacoustic waves in the solar corona in relation to the reconnection of magnetic field. The first part is devoted to the basic description of the Sun, its atmosphere and the processes that occur in it. Other sections are devoted to the description of reconnection of magnetic field and the description of solar flares taking place in the solar corona in relation to the mechanisms of magnetic field reconnection. Then the attention is focused on plasma waves and oscilations. The last section aims to simulate the startup options of the reconnection of magnetic field by oscillations and waves in the Harris current-sheet. Numerical simulations are implemented in FLASH 3.3.
