Židlíková, E. Corporate Marketing Strategy. Diploma Thesis. Brno: Brno University of Technology, 2014. The thesis focuses on a marketing analysis of the Victoria company, a travel agency located in Brno. Its principal objective is to create a corporate marketing strategy based on a marketing research and analyses that determine preferences and interests of consumers in the area of tourism. The thesis is subdivided into two sections – theoretical and practical. The theoretical section comprises chapters describing various theoretical bases of marketing as well as the manner of drafting a marketing plan. The practical section presents practical findings related to the thesis.

Corporate Culture in the Selected Organizations

The aim of this bachelor's thesis titled Corporate Culture in the Selected Organizations is the specification of company culture issues in designated organizations. I have divided this thesis into two parts, theoretical and practical. I established the theoretical part on the basis of literature dealing with company culture issues. Here I defined the term company culture and related concepts. In the practical part, I analyzed company culture in selected organizations. The results were obtained using a questionnaire VSM 94&2013 of Geert Hofstede. Unguided interviews were carried out for greater quality of this research, which was also supplemented by observation. The acquired data were evaluated on the basis of Geert Hofstede formulas. In conclusion and on the basis of acquired data, I have proposed the changes in company culture in the selected organizations.

Hodnocení současného stavu a péče o vybraná chráněná území okresu Jihlava a Žďár nad Sázavou

The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the state and management in selected small-scale protected areas in the district of Jihlava and Žďár nad Sázavou. In total was evaluated The Method of evaluation of the present state and management (Svátek, Buček 2005) 8 protected areas, 5 in district Jihlava and 3 in the district Žďár nad Sázavou. The results of the evaluation show that the state of 5 areas is evaluated as good and the state of 2 areas is evaluated as average and last protected area is the state evaluated as bad. Management is evaluated in 5 protected areas as good, in 2 areas as the average and in 1 areas is management evaluated as insufficient. As the part of the bachelor thesis is refer to the lacks in management and evaluates actual state of the small-scale protected area and design optimalization measures that should improve the state of protected area.

The master thesis deals with analysis of education in organization ČEZ Měření, s.r.o.. The goal of this thesis is to chart present situation in organization from the management opinion and also from the opinion of employee. The thesis is divided to the free parts. The first part is teoretical, which decribe theoretical topic of education. Second part is methodical with basic description of research sample, goals and methods of research. The last part is focused on research and summarizes the concrete results of research.

The bachelor's work is focused on financial analysis of company Veseta s.r.o., during the years 2003-2007. This work is divided into 2 parts. theoretical part contains basic methods of financial analysis. The second practical part contain calculated answer of horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of the ratio indicators, and others indicators of company Veseta.
